The apartment is located on the last floor of the building, so there are a few 3 sets of stairs you need to go up to access it. There is a very comfortable queen bed along with a fully equipped kitchen - feel free to use everything there including the Nespresso coffee machine! There is a small ironing board too and a tv for guests with Apple TV! This includes a Netflix account for you to enjoy! Guests have access to cooking staples & toiletries, towels, and professionally cleaned linen.

Neighborhood Overview
The neighbourhood is great with Sydney University, the Tramsheds, Broadway Shopping Centre within close proximity! RPA and UTS are also within walking distance! There are also a decent amount of great coffee joints and restaurants along Ross Street.
Notes
LAUNDRY: There is no washing machine in the studio. However, you can use a laundry around the corner, where your clothes can be washed and dried for approximately AUD15. The laundry is quite affordable. Another option is to hand wash clothes and hang it outside. The clothes dries quickly under hot Australian sun. The nearest laundry: St John's Laundry and Dry Cleaning: 176 St Johns Road, Glebe, NSW 2037. Another laundry (15-20 minutes walk): Glebe Ezy Wash, 144C Glebe Point road. CLEANING: if for some reason something is broken or missing or not clean upon arrival, please let me know as soon as possible so I can rectify it! Guests can use off-street car spots located in front of the building (those without cones).
Transit
Unless you have a car, buses are probably the best way to get to/from the city. There are numerous buses on Parramatta, just a short stroll away (150m).
Access
Guests can access the whole apartment. Building bins are at street level in the room next to the clothing racks.

Jun 27, 2019Great place, looks exactly like in the pictures and it's very close to Central Station and right across the street from University of Sydney. Quiet are and nice neighborhood with plenty of parks, coffees and restaurants. Cedric was always available, supportive and was flexible to accommodate to our check in time.

Jun 27, 2019The aparment is well located, near the university but far from de downtown... howbut there is a good public transportation. I had a problem with wi-fi but Cedric could fix it quickly. Itis a good option in a quite place!

Jun 27, 2019Small and cosy studio very well maintained and very convenient for people looking accommodation close to the University of Sydney. Well connected by public transportation. Small problem with WIFI the first day, but quickly and efficiently solved by Cedric.

Jun 27, 2019Cedric's apartment was spot on. It exceeded our expectations and was exactly what we needed. He was fantastic to deal with and we'll definitely be back. Great part of town, close to lots of lovely places to eat and public transport was a breeze. The apartment was immaculate and very comfortable. Cedric thought of everything from easy check in and out, to all you need in the kitchen, bathroom and living area. The new Nespresso coffee machine, Apple TV and Wi-Fi all added to our stay being very enjoyable. Well done Cedric, you've got it right. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay and explore everything Sydney's inner west and CBD has to offer.

Jun 27, 2019Cedric was extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. He even checked in on me on the second day to make sure everything was ok. The apartment was clean and was stocked with all the basic household essentials to be able to drop my luggage and relax for a few hours before heading to the closet shopping centre, Broadway. Close to public transport and the city, i would recommend Cedric's apartment to any solo or couple coming into Sydney.

Jun 27, 2019Cedric' apartment was really relaxing. I felt safe and secure and loved the sunsets out of the big windows. It was a perfect little sanctuary to come home to in the evenings after study days. There's a great little supermarket 10mins walk away on Missenden Rd which had everything I needed including a great healthy organic section. The bed was really comfortable. The wifi fast and the Netflix and coffee machine a bonus. Thanks Cedric.

Jun 27, 2019This studio apartment is very practical. In the main space there's a bed, sofa, plus table and two chairs, and there's also a kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is modern and well-designed, and is fully-supplied with equipment, utensils, crockery, cutlery, tea and coffee, spices, etc. The bathroom is unrenovated but the shower is hot with good pressure, and the space works well. The bed was comfortable. This top-floor apartment is not overlooked, and has a pleasant urban outlook. The location is supremely convenient to Uni of Sydney, and just far enough from Parramatta Road that noise is not a problem. There are frequent buses nearby, on several routes. Next time I won't bring a car. There are only a few on-site parking spaces, and when these are taken or reserved you may need to park some distance away if you need unrestricted parking.

Jun 27, 2019Enjoyed my stay - good neighbourhood and very walkable for groceries, coffee, laundry, and transit. Two fans kept the space cool enough and the bed was comfy. Great home base to explore the city. Easy self check-in and Alex was prompt to reply to any inquiries.
Jun 27, 2019Good spot for a stay just out of the hustle and bustle. Easy walk to Glebe Point Road, cafés, pubs and eateries close by. Bed was comfy and the fans did a good job of keeping us cool even though it was pretty hot weather. Definitely good value for Sydney!

Les MOINS : Le bruit des voisins (aucune insonorisation), la douche et le lavabo qui coulent et gouttent en continu, la TV qui ne fonctionne pas, aucun échange ou entrevue avec l'hôte.
Jun 27, 2019This apartment is conveniently located near The University of Sydney, clean, and the bed is comfortable. However it is also a bit worse for wear - the tap and toilet run, the curtains don’t fit the windows, and ants came for my toothpaste! It was fine enough for me as I was out most of the time.

Jun 27, 2019The studio is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. During my stay I commuted to the CBD via bus and uber. The bus stop is on the corner and is an easy ride into the city. There are cafes, pubs, and convenience shops very close and within a short walking distance. Great spot for the price!

Jun 27, 2019Good view... It is exactly same on the picture. It is close to the Sydney University. In the room, there is the brochure to introduce Sydney trips, bites, etc and it is very helpful. There is a convenience store away from the house. But the broadway Sydney mall (about 10 min walk from the house) is good for shopping, food and souvenirs.

It’s sparkling clean, comfortable bed, lounge suite to sit & relax, kitchen amenities are great ... toaster, microwave, coffee maker, good sized fridge, oven & cooktop, dishwasher. A ‘welcome pack’ on arrival was a thoughtful touch! We stayed 5 nights, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
