Dear Guests Thanks for choosing our studio. We hope you will enjoy your stay. This is a NON SMOKING HOUSEHOLD, no exceptions. Please help us to keep our prices low by leaving the place as clean as it was when you arrived, even if you are only staying 2 nights. You will find cleaning products in both the kitchen and bathroom cupboards, as well as a vacuum and a floor mop. If you would prefer not to take care of the cleaning, you can pay $50.00 on arrival. If you do decide the second option, the only favour we will ask is to strip the bed and place bedding along with towels so that they can be laundered. Fresh bedlinen, towels will be provided on the 4th day if your booking is 7 days or longer. Behave as if it was your place you are staying in and respect neighbours. Two night minimum stay. Unsuitable for children or more than two adults.

Jun 27, 2019It was a pleasure to stay in Greg's beautifully kept cabin. It overlooked a lovely garden and we enjoyed sitting in the little patio. We enjoyed the fruit and yoghurt and the home made marmalade and cereals mix. Wish the cat was less aloof!
Jun 27, 2019Greg & Maggie were friendly and helpful - even helping me take my bags from and to my car. There's secure off-street parking and the bungalow overlooks a pleasant garden. I appreciated the strawberries, yoghurt, loaf of sourdough bread and jams in the fridge. This place is close to the city and northern beaches - very convenient.
Jun 27, 2019We had a wonderful stay at Greg and Maggie's place. The studio is spacious and contains everything you need. Greg and Maggie are more than accommodating and always ready to offer some help or advice. Although it is a little far from the center, public transport is readily available.
Jun 27, 2019I enjoyed my stay at this place very much. The studio was clean and my hosts couldn't have been more thoughtful. The place is set in a lovely garden and when you enter the studio you will see that Greg and Maggie have thought of everything that you might need. Millie the resident pussycat and the visiting parrots and magpie were surprise bonuses! I shall certainly recommend this studio to my friends who wish to visit Sydney.
Jun 27, 2019What a wonderful place to stay. Our stay was over a week long and we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect. The location was in easy walking distance to everywhere we needed to go and close to public transport for everywhere else. The studio itself is lovely! Very clean and tidy and has everything you need. Greg and Maggie are wonderful hosts - extremely kind and helpful. We will definitely stay again if we are back in Sydney. Highly recommended! :) :) :)

Jun 27, 2019Great self contained space accessed through a lovely garden. Greg and Maggie were very helpful hosts and provided information about surrounding area. We enjoyed the bush walk down to Middle Cove. The secure parking was also appreciated. We look forward to staying again.

Jun 27, 2019Cosy and great location , easy walk to some good restaurants. 10 minutes drive to Crows Nest which made getting to my work location convenient. Clean ! Jun 27, 2019This is the perfect place to stay & explore the north areas of Sydney. Greg & Maggie were so kind and welcoming. The place was a beautifully cosy and perfect for my mid week getaway. A lovely outdoor seating area with a view gave it that country getaway feel. Great coffee machine & artworks throughout the place. Thanks for the wonderful stay :)

Jun 27, 2019TOP 1 choice is you want to stay in Sydney no matter travel or work , you can have tranquil life in here with adorable cat and energetic frogs,. Also you can meditate in imposing garden and grab a cup of coffee. Greg and Maggie can give you plentiful information about transportation.

Jun 27, 2019We really enjoying staying at this cozy studio! Place was sparkling clean, had a fully equipped kitchen n toilet/bathroom, comfortable bed, fast internet etc! Greg and Maggie are excellent hosts, very discreet and gave us some great tips. Studio is close to everything, i would recommend it even if you have no vehicle. See you next time Greg and Maggie☺️

Jun 27, 2019Greg and Maggie are very kind and welcoming host. I got the best Airbnb experience here. The place was very clean and there are everything I need and more. There are food and drink. Also I could enjoy Netflix. Checking out day, he drove me to bus stop so I didn’t need to walk with my suit case. And he helped me when I left my stuff at the place. They are very great host. I super recommend this place Thank you very much
