Summary

My place is good for HKU exchange students, interns, expatriates, solo adventurers, and business travelers for short-term or long-term stay. Our building (walk-up i.e. no elevator) is conveniently located just 2-3 mins walking distance away from Kennedy Town MTR station Exit B meaning that just minutes (2~15 mins) away from HKU, Sai Ying Pun, Sheung Wan, Central (<10 mins), Admiralty, Wan Chai, Causeway Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui, etc..

The single room in a 5-bedroom shared flat (with shared laundry and simple kitchen facilities, shower room, toilet room, and roof terrace) is furnished with a loft bed with mattress and mattress cover only, a dresser, a desk with table lamp and a chair, power extension cord, an air-conditioner and a compact shoes cabinet.

Rules

- No visitor is allowed to stay overnight. No visitor is allowed between 10pm to 8am. Quiet time after 11pm. - No drugs - Keep the apartment clean - Be considerate when using the shared facility including open kitchen, pantry area, washer & dryer, bathroom, toilet room, roof terrace, etc.. - You are responsible to take out your trash to the gargabe collection bin outside the apartment on a daily basis to avoid unpleasant odors and insect problem. - Loss of room key / main door access card (if any) shall be subject to a charge of $500 per key / card. You are not allowed to duplicate key / card. If you lock yourself, you need to contact me to arrange opening door for you at a charge of $500 per incident. - You will be charged for electricity consumed inside your room at $1.45 per kWH which is measured by a separate meter specifically for your room. - $100 charge for check in after 6pm till 12 midnight - Details of the housing regulations can be provided upon request

    Apartment is very small but clean. Nice location and is very close to the MTR so it's convenient. However, I did have to pay a insurance fee to which he promised a refund before I move, which is ok. But the host is not replying to my emails asking about the refund so it's a bit troublesome.

    Good place for 1/2 weeks stay. Nice neighborhood with so many good restaurants/bars, close to MTR. Also Raymond was good and helpful host.
