Le Plateau Mont-Royal is one of Montréal's most popular neighbourhoods. Minutes away from Mont Royal metro, cheap groceries, interesting and unique spaces such as bars, art galleries, concert venues and boutiques line the streets of Le Plateau. The unit is located on top of a spiral fire escape-style staircase, and the bed is accessible only by a wooden ladder. You must be in good physical condition to access this space. It is ideal for a single individual, or mature couple looking for a unique, serene environment that is centrally located to the attractions and neighborhoods of Montréal.
