Summary
The location of the apartment is one of its best features. Mascot train station 5 minute walk which will take you directly to the city, 2 stops ( 9 minutes ) to central station. The train then joins the city circle line and will take you to all the major stations. Circular Quay 3 stops after central. Coogee beach is the closest beach ( 12-15 minute drive and less than 20$ in an uber. Surry Hills where all the popular bars and restaurants is 5 km away ( $15-20 uber ride ).
Space
Pretty much everything you can think of we have. We have all the entertainment requirements you could need. TV, foxtel, stan, ps4, kodi, home theatre, 65 inch sony smart tv and of course wireless internet. The place is really open and well lit, a very positive and clean environment north facing with good light all throughout the day. The apartment is 1 year old and is super clean with everything working. Great for entertaining, we would prefer no party but of course having people over for dinner is fine. We have all the things required to cater for dinner guests. The BBQ works great for these occasions.

Highly recommended apartment. It's spacious, clean, stylish and very easily accessible from the mascot subway and buses. Near the airport as well. Evan is also very prompt in responding so we really appreciated that. Thanks, we enjoyed our stay!

Jun 27, 2019Execellent apartment in a great location, shops, trains etc all located within 5 minutes walk. Train only 8-10 minutes to city centre and all the main spots. Uber cheap to any beaches - bondi/coogee or even to cbd. Apartment was immaculate with everything you would need. Much better than any hotel. Any advice or help Evan had replied within minutes. Excellent stay, didn’t want to leave so got our own apartment across the road!

Jun 27, 2019It was exactly as advertised. There was a small issue with the dryer not working but it sounded like it had just stopped working so no big deal. Overall it was a great deal.

Jun 27, 2019This is a great place to stay. $15 Uber from airport recommended as a lot of road works happening but if no luggage Mascot is a 5 min walk. The apartment is very well appointed and if it hadn't rained so much the deck would have been brilliant. Easiest check in ever, very well appointed and Evan responded immediately to any query. Highly recommended and I'm hard to please!

Jun 27, 2019Place was as per picture! Really awesome place to stay in, we wished we had the chance to stay longer! Surrounding area is still under some construction, but it wasn’t any major issue. Place is very accessible; only 5mins from the airport and cost between $15-$18 by Uber. There is also a petrol kiosk abt 2-3mins walk with a 24hr convenience store which was good if you need to get stuff urgently. Mascot train station is barely 5mins walk from the apartment and it takes you everywhere into the city which is abt 3 stops away. There are plenty of eateries outside the train station you can choose from, and there’s a Halal Thai eatery serving good food as well as a Kebab store and also an Indian cuisine place, to name a few, which was a plus for us considering we are Muslim. There’s also a big Woolsworth for you to shop across the station. Evan’s place is huge, very comfortable and very clean! Great to relax after a long day out on the huge and comfy sofa! Thank you Evan!

Jun 27, 2019Die Wohnung von Evan war sehr großzügig, modern eingerichtet und geräumig. Sie lag einige Gehminuten von der Metro entfernt, die direkt in die Stadt fuhr. Zum Flughafen eine Station. In die Stadt - je nachdem, wo man aussteigen wollte - 2-4 Stationen. Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft von Evan empfehlenswert und die Kommunikation lief auch sehr gut. Er hat uns auch Eier und Mangos im Kühlschrank hinterlassen, an denen wir uns bedienen konnten. Die Wohnung an sich ist echt toll mit einer echt schönen Aussicht. Man kann auch sehr gut auf dem Balkon sitzen.

Jun 27, 2019Everything was neat and tidy. I liked the airy style of the loft a lot. Close to the city, close to the airport, trainstation nearby. A lot of working process in this area, it is not silent there! Keep this in mind. But after all, it’s a great apartment and Evan is a perfect host. Would like to stay here again if I am ever been to Sydney again :)
Jun 27, 2019Great place that is accurately captured in the pictures. Ample room for a family with a good living room, kitchen, and two bathrooms. Everything was clean. Close to the train station and a supermarket as well. Evan's response time made the whole experience hassle-free.
Jun 27, 2019The apartment is almost new. Everything works perfect. It is nice, confortable, and very well equipped. So the stay is very cozy. We really enjoyed the time there. It is close to the airport and to the Mascot train station so you are in very few minutes to the city and to the airport. It gives you plenty of freedom to move. In 10 minutes you are in Circular Quay or in less than an hour in Bondi Beach.
