Maria ist super nett und sehr bemüht es ihren Mietern recht zu machen. Check in war super flexible. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zu zweit super. Leider war eine Baustelle im Haus, sodass es tagsüber recht laut war. Die Lage war super, in 10 bis 15 Minuten hat man alles "wichtige" zu Fuß erreicht.
Jun 27, 2019Great, clean room for two persons just outside the city center of Porto, which is just a 20 minute walk away from the apartment. Maria turned out to be a very nice and welcoming host!

Jun 27, 2019The appartement is small but well organized and very clean. Perfect for two. We had everything we needed there. However during summer since it is under the roof it may be warm inside even at night. Maria is a welcoming and and accomodating person.

Jun 27, 2019Logement très propos et très soigné et bien équipé. Idéal pour deux personnes. Situé dans quartier plutôt populaire mais très agréable avec commerces proches. Une superbe boulangerie avec des gâteaux maison qui sont exceptionnels tant en goût que prix. Idéal pour marcheur car à 20 mns à pieds des premiers centres d intérêts. Très proche aussi du métro. Rien à dire.

Jun 27, 2019The place is great to walk to the centre, only 10-15 mins. There are many restaurants and shop nearby to eat and supermarket. We book the room on the top which is excellent as we can cook and have our own bathroom. The only downside is internet. We hardly got wifi signal up there and need to come down for using it. The place is very clean, we didn't meet Maria but her son was there to show us our room and he was nice. After that we never saw anyone.
Jun 27, 2019María tiene un apartamento fabuloso en una zona tranquila y cercana al centro (apenas 15 minutos andando cuesta abajo). La comunicación con el metro del aeropuerto es directa y el propio barrio tiene varios sitios interesantes donde tomar algo, amén de vida de barrio no excesivamente turístico. Muy recomendable, un acierto.

Jun 27, 2019Maria is a great host. We came a little earlier than planed. No problem for her. She is flexible and made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and cosy. Like in the pictures. Perfect place to explore the city by walking.
Jun 27, 2019Maria was really nice and welcoming! Her son talked to us to explain everything as we don't speak Portuguese. The doorbell didn't work, but after an email Maria quickly opened, so there was no problem! The room is very new and really clean. The kitchen in the room is not that well equipped, but there is another kitchen downstairs if anything is needed.
Jun 27, 2019O espaço da Maria é excelente. Trata-se de uma casa com arquitetura antiga, mas totalmente reformada. O quarto é limpo, organizado e bonito. A localização é muito boa, pois fica a uns 5 minutos de uma estação de metro e a uns 10 minutos da rua principal da cidade. Porém, a melhor característica do local é a própria Maria. Ela é responsável, rápida em responder as mensagens, extremamente educada e gentil. Mesmo quando precisamos fazer um chekin tardio, ela nos esperou com toda a boa vontade. Recomendamos o local para quem quer conhecer a bela cidade de Porto, mas sem abrir mão de um espaço confortável, próximo ao centro da cidade e por um preço justo.

Jun 27, 2019The room is nice, especially the fact that you have a private bathroom! Check in went smoothly (although our plane was delayed and we came super late, Maria's son was welcoming us! Thanks again!!) It's 10-15 Minute Walk to the Center which is really fine. You can hear the noises of the other guests but they were quiet at night so that was no problem! Thanks again Maria!
Jun 27, 2019El lugar es muy bien ubicado, está muy cerca la escuela de música, por ende el transporte público no es un problema, cerca del lugar hay restaurantes y tiendas, la anfitriona muy amable y ayuda en todo momento, sin duda es una gran idea llegar aquí.
Jun 27, 2019Emplacement idéal pour marcheur sinon métro à proximité. Maria a été très arrangeante pour l'heure d'arrivée et départ (ne pas hésiter à communiquer). Chambre et salle de bain privée très propre je recommande. Petit déjeuner délicieux et copieux au pied de la chambre pour une modique somme, surtout ne pas se priver. Jun 27, 2019Der Check-in war problemlos, obwohl mein Freund und ich ziemlich spät ankamen hat Maria uns freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer sah wie auf den Bildern aus, nur leider war es eiskalt. Wir würden niemandem empfehlen, Marias Zimmer im Winter zu bewohnen. Maria war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns noch mehr Decken und eine Heizung gebracht, doch leider hat das nichts an der Kälte geändert. Als zweite Option hatte sie uns ein anderes Zimmer geben wollen, das aber eher als Notlösung wirkte. Durch den Stress und die Verärgerung die dadurch entstanden sind, mussten mein Freund und ich uns nach einer anderen Möglichkeit umsehen. Wie gesagt, im Sommer kann es sicher eine nette Unterkunft sein, aber im Winter sollte man die Finger davon lassen.

Jun 27, 2019le logement que nous a proposez Maria correspondait à nos attentes. très bon rapport qualité-prix. Pas très grand, mais propre, pratique avec la vaisselle et le frigo pour déjeuner le matin ou sinon une cuisine commune à disposition. il est également bien placé à 15 mn à pieds du centre de Porto, et également d'une station de métro qui peut nous amener à l'aéroport. très important le numéro de l'immeuble est 766. il n'apparaît pas sur le site.
Jun 27, 2019Maria est très accueillante, réactive, et serviable. La maison est bien placée, à 15 min du centre et 5 min de la station de métro, dans une rue tranquille. Le studio est propre et fonctionnel, en hiver il fait un peu froid, il y a juste un petit chauffage d’appoint. Sinon bon séjour à Porto :)

Jun 27, 2019O apartamento é a cerca de 5-10m de uma estação de Metro, tem pastelarias e supermercados perto, fomos muito bem recebidos (tanto a Maria quanto a Manuela foram muito atenciosas e sempre prestativas), o preço é ótimo, o quarto tem uma pequena cozinha e uma pequena casa de banho, mas deu perfeitamente para três pessoas, as camas são confortáveis, tudo muito limpo, a casa toda foi remodelada e muito bem remodelada, o chão de madeira era ótimo, não fazia barulho. Ficamos três dias em Abril, ou seja, em temperatura amena, mas pareceu-nos que no Verão deve fazer calor neste quarto (o de cima), vimos que tinha ventoinhas mas não sei se será suficiente ou não.

Room very cosy and clean, to reach the city centre you have two option: less than 20 minutes walking form the principal attraction (and in the meantime you can find a lot of pubs and services.. A very pleasant walk) or with the metro! Maria is super kind, highly recommended! Thank you Maria!

Jun 27, 2019Maria e Manoela são excelentes pessoas, nos recepcionaram maravilhosamente bem. A casa é muito bem localizada, ha todo tipo de comércio proximo. O quarto é limpo e iluminado, chuveiro ótimo. Senti um pouco de falta de janelas (só há basculantes) mas para uma estadia rápida não há problema. Não recomendo o quarto para crianças pequenas pois há uma escada muito ingrime e um acesso para o telhado que pode ser perigoso.

Ne pas hésiter a partir a la découverte des rues du quartier. Maria est une hôte fort sympathique et attentionnée . Une rencontre agréable .

Jun 27, 2019El alojamiento de María está bien ubicado , se puede ver el centro de la ciudad sin mover el coche. María es amable y educada El alojamiento no nos ha resultado cómodo, hacía mucho calor, es cierto que han sido días de temperatura elevada, pero creo que es una habitación mal aislada. Además, no tiene armario, no puedes sacar la ropa de la maleta.
Jun 27, 2019Notre séjour à porto s'est super bien passé. Nous remercions maria pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Maria est très arrangeante pour les heures d'arrivées, nous sommes arrivés à 23h30 et elle était présente pour nous accueillir et nous présenter les lieux. Le studio au dernier étage est très propre, très bien agencé et très bien équipé. La maison est très bien située, à 15 Minutes à pieds du centre historique de porto, avec des petits restos et magasins sur le chemin. Nous remercions encore maria et nous recommandons vraiment cet hébergement.
Jun 27, 2019The location is really amazing, you can reach the city center easily by feet walking through a pleasant street. Maria is super kind, flexible and quickly answered to our requests. The room we rented is located on top of the house, it’s clean and comfy. We heard some other guests a bit too loud late in the night on one occasion, but we think it’s only a case. Well suggested for your stay in Porto!
Jun 27, 2019We stayed at Maria’s place for 9 nights. It is well located and the flat has a kitchen and a bathroom included. It was very clean and Maria was very friendly although communication was a bit difficult. A bit disappointing was the lack of a proper knife, board or soap. Also the pots and pans were a bit small. The kitchen is included but you can’t cook that much with these utilities. Nonetheless it was a great stay especially for the price and the great location.

Jun 27, 2019Die Unterkunft ist sehr klein und süß. Für zwei Personen hat es gereicht. Die Lage ist perfekt, es ist alles fussläufig zu erreichen. In ca. 10 min erreicht man den Torre dos Clérigos, Livraria Lello, sowie etliche Bars und Lokale ( Galeria de Paris).
Jun 27, 2019O espaço da Maria é próximo de metro, o que facilita o viajante que está sem condução própria. Não a conheci pessoalmente, mas ela foi solícita e simpática em todas as nossas solicitações. O espaço que ficamos só não é adequado para as pessoas que estão com malas grandes, pois a escada é estreita e dificulta subir com malas.
