Welcome to our bright and cosy home, located in a quiet area which is a short train ride directly to the famous Sydney NYE Fireworks!

The apartment is in a small, secure, building on the first floor. Our home has a big combined living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two good sized bedrooms, a clean bathroom and a balcony. The living room is spacious and bright with cosy chase sofa, foldable dining table and large space for Yoga. The balcony is accessible from the living room. The main bedroom is large and airy with a comfy queen bed, huge built-in wardrobe, drawer chest and drawers under the bed. The second bedroom has a comfy single bed with drawers and a baby cot, plus a double wardrobe. The cot will remain in the room and if you have a baby you are welcome to use the cot free of charge and we can leave the toys as well. All kitchen necessities, as well towels and linnen are provided. Please remember, this is our home, so be respectful and keep it clean and safe. Please be polite and quite, this is a family building, so no parties. Sorry no pets. Smoking only on the balcony. Please note we do not have

Hurlstone park is a great, safe and quiet family neighbourhood with wide, shady streets and lots of parking, big park and lots of playgrounds. There are few playgrounds close to our home, one is just up the street and there is one enclosed playground just opposite the excellent bakery café on the main street. The Cooks river walk/bike path and the big park is just 5 minutes walk. The park is right next to the Cooks river pat and has big grassy areas with shades and covered tables for picnics, kids playground and football field. To the west you can walk down to Aldi/Woolworths in Canterbury and to the South/East towards Marrickville.

Our place is on the Bankstown line which takes you directly to Sydney CBD or Circular Quay (home of the Sydney Opera house and the famous NYE firework).
