It's 10 min walking distance from the shops on Coogee Bay Road and it has great connectivity to the city (25 min bus aprox) and the adjacent beach Suburbs, Bondi and Maroubra. We have really nice restaurants within walking distance, and great coffee around too. This is the prefect place for couples or a family with kids.
