Jun 27, 2019Estadia muito agradável no studio do Pedro. Perto do metro Marquês ( 2 estações de Trindade, centro do Porto). Pequeno detalhe : Falta de louça para cozinhar. Senão foi muito bom.
Jun 27, 2019Pedro is great to deal with and the room is very nicely renovated and really clean, but a few more items are needed to make the apartment more liveable. Some more kitchen items to cook and items to make the entrance feel more comfortable to relax. But I'm still very happy with my visit and would recommend. Also the photos are of several apartments and common hallways in the building, so may not be exactly the room you are getting but not a problem once you are aware

Jun 27, 2019The apartment is not really an apartment, more a bungalow that is well finished in the interior. The bed is a real bed. Shower is electric and low capacity so if you are 2, do not expect to take long showers or you will end up freezing. There is no heating so do except to freeze during the humid winters in Northern Portugal. The manager only gives you two small towel and very low quantity of toilet paper. The place it is really really small and very humid. It is OK for a couple of nights but not for more than that. Ok if you plan to eat outside all the time (if you can bear Portuguese heavy food for more than 2 days :) ). The kitchen is in fact a kitchenette and not equipped for cooking but only to warm up pre-made food. There is no oil or salt, as in most Airbnb I have travelling to. Moreover, we went there in end of September and the house was really humid so, cooking, would have added more humidity to it. The bed is quite confortable and there is a good WIFI connection. Shower is electric and low capacity so if you are 2, do not expect to take long showers or you will end up freezing. There is no heating so do except to freeze during the humid winter in Northern Portugal. There is no nice places around to have dinner but quite good bakeries to take breakfast in the morning (breakfast it is not included). Positive point: the place is spotless and Pedro was nice for the check-in. I recommend this place only for really short stays in summer.

Jun 27, 2019The house was very close to the metro station of Marques, which is 2 stops from center! The house is one room which is cool if you are willing to stay few days, there are very few kitchen items so do not expect to cook for a Christmas meal There is an air conditioner so the temperature was not a problem. It’s close to some supermarkets and the neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Jul 27, 2019El apartamento está bien, limpio y en buena situación, el principal problema la comunicación pues aun teniendo la reserva confirmada no conseguimos hablar con el responsable hasta una hora antes de llegar. En los apartamentos de la planta alta la red wifi no nos llegaba.
Jun 27, 2019This is a good place to stay, you can reach by walk 10-15 min the City Center of Porto. The place is close by two good places to eat, the bakery in front of the part next to the metro Station, try the Pan de Arroz, The croissant, and the cherry juice. If you want to eat local food two block front the place there is a small restaurant called Estrella do Lima,, good food excellent price. This place has the basic things you need to prepare your breakfast and quick dinner. The shower always has hot water, and Pedro is a great guy.

Jul 27, 2019L’arrivé à porto fut compliquée.. L’adresse dite sur la page est soit disant sur la place du Marquês. Hors c’était une rue plus loin. Pas très grave, mais assez embêtant quand on se trimbale des valises. Arrivé sur le lieu on nous explique que ce que nous avons loué n’est pas disponible, et qu’on nous propose ou de nous rendre l’argent de la nuit pour qu’on trouve autre chose, ou nous donner un autre logement. Sachant qu’il était déjà 21h, on a choisi l’autre logement de peur de ne rien trouver pour la nuit, du moins pas a nos tarifs. Et là surprise, l’autre logement était très loin du centre, dans un lieu moins sûr, à 15 min du métro, en devant traverser le « périphérique » de porto à pied, qui est un endroit très dangereux sachant qu’il n’y a pas de trottoir. Je connais la ville, j’ai pu me débrouiller avec mon conjoint par conséquent, mais pour quelqu’un qui ne connais pas, cela peu devenir très compliqué. Le lieu, c’était n’importe quoi. Tellement d’humidité que les draps, coussins, papier toilette était trempé. Surprise au moment du couché: nous n’avions pas un lit double, mais deux lits simples collé l’un à l’autre. La nuit fut douloureuse, dormir sur un bout de bois des structures de lit, c’est pas très agréable. Réveil compliqué également. Quelqu’un d’autre vivait dans l’appartement, hors nous avions demander un logement pour nous exclusivement. Mais ce n’est pas tout. Je n’osais pas sortir de ma chambre le matin venu, car j’entend différentes voix d’hommes dans le logement. Six hommes étaient entrain d’exécuter des travaux. Certains sont même passé devant la porte vitré de la chambre et ont regarder à l’intérieur, alors que j’étais coucher! Nous y avons passé qu’une nuit. Le lendemain nous avons pu avoir le logement de départ, qui était prevu, et pour lequel nous avons payé. Et en effet là le logement était très sympa, et était conforme à ce qui avait été demander. Seuls petits soucis: un seul rouleau de papier toilette, peu d’ustensiles de cuisine, armoire cassé Point positif: climatisation, réseau wifi fonctionnel, lieu assez chaleureux, et agréable pour un petit séjour en couple
