Renters agree that this contract will not go into effect until their online reservation request is screened, and accepted by the Property Manager. Cleaning Policy: The departure cleaning fee does not cover daily maid service, but will pay for the cleaning of your vacation rental upon check out. Tax Policy: Current rates for General Excise Tax and Transient Accommodations Tax will be charged to the Renter within the total Rent amount. Reservation Policy: 1) Renters agree to turn off Air Conditioning when not at home. 2) Renters agree to make known the terms of this Rental Agreement and all house rules to all tenants and their guests.     PROS: -Position was excellent -Apartment was very big and comfortable for a family of 4 -we were told we would only find beach towels, instead we also found beach chairs, sand toys, boogie-board (and we bought and left there 1 beach-umbrella and 2 floating-tubes) -condo was nice -free parking (crucial for that area) -big swimming pool -had some small electrical problems (lamp, tv, etc) but the owners solved them very quickly CONS: -owner met us below bulding at check-in but gave us the keys and left very quickly, without even explaining anything about the apartment nor the area -found little bugs in the kitchen -no laundry detergent -wifi was ok in the morning, but VERY SLOW in the evening time and THE BIGGEST ISSUE WE HAD WAS... -front door, parking garage and elevator all needed a FOB key to get access. When checking-out we were told to leave the key+fob in the apartment, but this meant that we couldn't get the elevator down (14 floors - with luggage and stroller!!) nor leave the parking garage! Since it was very early in the morning (5am) and there was nobody around we didn't know what to do and this was very frustrating since we had to rush to the airport!
