We love living in NYC for the culture, music, and people. You will meet all kinds of people when you visit and that is a wonderful experience. As you explore any borough of NYC, you can see the culture change from street to street! It’s a great experience to have and tell.

The apartment is on the fourth floor. The guest will have to walk up and down since there isn't an elevator in the building. All guest should be aware/mindful that this is a city and that most apartments don't have elevators or an elevator that works. This means that neighbors can/ might make noise at random times throughout the day and night. The neighborhood is a safe location but for your satisfaction/comfort/ease of mind, the police station is across the street on the corner!

You can catch a cab by simply stepping outside or ordering an Uber if you don't feel like walking to the MTA bus/train stop. depending on where you plan on going, you can walk and enjoy the sites of the Bronx!

The bathroom (1 shared bathroom), living room and kitchen are shared with other Airbnb guest booked in the other room/listing. I may need to use the kitchen once in a blue if needed. Each guest/booked room will have a set copy of keys to come and go as they please. this will give you access to the main door downstairs, upstairs and your room only.
