Our place sleeps 4 (Plus a sleeping bag for 5). 1 block from local (M, R) and express (E,F) trains to Manhattan in approx 30 min. This is to the first stop in Manhattan is 59th and Lexington AKA midtown Manhattan! Connections to N,W,R and 4,5,6 trains there.

Massive living room and bedroom. Main bedroom has a TEMPURPEDIC queen bed (sooooo comfy). Couch has queens size pull out as well. Very clean, filled with original art, antique furniture and all the basics for food, cooking, and pretty much anything else you need. We even have kettle bells, weights, yoga mats and other workout equipment. We often live there so it is well equipped in general. Coffee/espresso and tea + any snacks we leave out and condiments you are more than welcome to use. Sometimes we leave special treats, too =)

Near by: we have two super markets, a chase bank, a M&T bank, a Starbucks, a CVS, a gym and an adorable cafe with great food (Roast n' Co) app within two blocks! The area is very safe, so is the building. Everyone is really friendly.

We want to make sure you enjoy your stay as much as possible so please let me know if there is anything I can do to make it extra special.

The subway is at the top of the hill on 67 drive which has the R and the M. You can also walk 9 minutes in the opposite direction to catch the express E and F trains. Either way you can be in midtown Manhattan in about 30 minutes. To make sure you exit a block from the apartment, always get on the FIRST CAR of the subway train and get out on the NORTH SIDE (indicated). Then simply walk down the hill and turn right to find our place.

You have access to the entire apartment, however please be mindful of drawers and doors that have been taped to indicate no access. We will make sure to leave out anything that you need. In the case that we absolutely cannot be there to greet you we have any easy system with a key in a lock box attached to the side gate. We can discuss details if that ends up being the case.
