Jun 27, 2019首先 房子的位子很方便 楼下有很多公交站,离地铁也很方便,周边吃的也很多,周边很多商场,离海港城很近,很方便｡另外我们订的房间有点小,嗯,大概就只有一个20寸的箱子可以放下,但是麻雀虽小 五脏俱全,里面该有的也都有,整洁度也算可以｡最后房东人很nice,会热心帮你解决一些问题,另外早上的阿姨也很热情,是一次很好的住宿体验｡
Jun 27, 2019地点不错,尖沙咀地铁出来就能找到,不过房间真的很小,在香港繁华地段寸土寸金可以理解,是我自己没想到那么小,房东人很好,本来要给我们换大一点的,是我没注意信息所以没换到,房间挺干净的,适合一个人入住或者小情侣｡

Jun 27, 2019크기는 생각보다 좁았지만 호스트들이 친절하고 1~2명이 생활하기 나쁘지 않았습니다. 화장실이 안에있어서 편했지만 샤워할때 물이 조금 빨리 안빠지는것이 아쉬웠네요. 위치는 만족했습니다. 숙소1층 나갈때 바퀴벌레가 조금 보였지만 집안에서는 보지못했습니다.

Jun 27, 2019At first looking for a hostel in HK was a bit tricky. A lot of them offer the same stuff ( like close to mtr. Etc...] What stands out is that this one is strategically located at TST and also the closest one at a MTR station. Just exit TST C2 exit and it there. I love the convinience that the check in was seamless. They give you a passcode for the door and room. Even if its the late hours of the night. The place is very cheap and also has a nice design to it. It is clean and amenities are quite goodsuch as toiletries (soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, combs), it also has towel services which are included. You get free water per day. The housekeeping is excellent as well. What I would suggest is to have them include the following... Water dispenser. Common fridge Microwave. As a traveller this is quite useful for eating indoors or if you are in a budget. Other than that my stay was safe, efficient and I enjoyed it. Thanks I hotel. Will come back with friends next year! :)
Jun 27, 2019The room is exactly like in the picture. Located in a good spot, really close to the MTR. The building is a little bit hard to find. Only small sign in front of the building. But overall are good with budgeted trip.
Jun 27, 2019离地铁站几步路就到了,去海港城也很近三五百米步行就到了,住宿环境很好!干净整洁,房东和阿姨的态度都很好｡就是提个小建议,空调吹风口应该清洗一下了哦,其他地方都很好｡下次来香港还是会住这里的!
Jun 27, 2019房子位置真的很方便,而且价格在HK来说性价比非常高,房东小姐响应非常及时,入住时也非常nice,而且咨询问题也很热情地回答｡房间虽然不大,但在HK大部分旅馆都差不多的,而且有窗明亮设备物品一应俱全｡美中不足是进去的时候由于窗开着通风导致楼上从窗飘进来一点烟灰在床上,另外热水器的水不太够热,这个夏天就没问题,但天气冷的时候就不太好了｡
Jun 27, 2019位置特别棒!出尖沙咀地铁口走几步就到 房东发的位置指示图也很清晰!前台阿姨也很友好 房间虽然超级小 感觉住进了小人国 不过基础设施一应俱全 一般酒店配套的用具也都有 空间设计非常巧妙 不放过一丝一毫 真的是要感叹一句 麻雀虽小 五脏俱全!

Jun 27, 2019酒店位置非常好,按照房东的地图出了尖沙咀地铁两分钟就可以走到酒店,步行到维多利亚港十分钟之内｡不过酒店真的好小,下了床一步可以跨到卫生间(不过好心的房东也在入住前提示房间很小,是否需要换房间),在香港寸土寸金也可以理解｡房间内很干净,性价比高,美中不足是浴巾上有大块黄色污渍,晚上睡觉时空调室外机声音有一点大｡打九十分哦~~~~

Jun 27, 2019Toilet was extremely small, had to defecate at the toilets in the shopping mall nearby each time. Bedsheets had hair and crumbs, and felt extremely itchy and uncomfortable on the first night. Fortunately it became better after bedsheets were changed. Host was extremely nice and friendly, and was willing to do laundry for me after paying $100 HKD. Amenities provided were not replenished so do bring your own towels and toiletries. Location is good, only 40 steps away from the MTR. Overall, would have rather paid slightly more ($10 SGD each night) for a better and more value-for-money hotel.

We can across this lodging and we are both satisfied with the service and cleanliness. We don’t use the room that much, only for sleeping and washing up. So this lodging is perfect for us.
Jun 27, 2019Jane was very helpful. she could help you around the streets. i like the location because its just near the tsim sha tsui mtr b2 station. room was very neat. but if you have a lot of big luggage you might find the room too small for you. but for travelers like me, its a good place to stay for longer nights. i would like to stay longer but it seems like its already fully booked. if i visit hongkong again, i’d definetely book this hotel!

Jun 27, 2019Strategic location. Convenient as the mrt station is just right next to the building. The room itself is very tiny. Would be suitable for anyone on budget and want to be in a convenient/touristy location. There is a direct bus from the airport to tsim sha tsui and a short walk from the bus stop to the Jane's building.
Jun 27, 2019Great location, and they give you a bottle of water every day. Very firm bed, extremely small room and bathroom, dirty window, dusty under the bed (where you need to put luggage), air-con kept making strange noises periodically, TV was fuzzy and had 4-5 channels. If you want a clean towel, you must leave the towel on the very tiny floor. Overall, okay for the price.
Jun 27, 2019Jane communicated with me well and was a good host, but unfortunately I did not have a positive experience in the i-hotel. The building and the room itself were dingy just didn't feel super safe as I got offered drugs multiple times from the short walk from the subway station to the entrance of the building. I know that might just be Hong Kong at night, but the area was a little unsettling. There were multiple pieces of random litter under the mattress (because we felt the need to do a bed-bug check) and there was a cockroach in the toilet in the morning. I hate to leave a bad review but I simply would not recommend this place to anyone unless you're desperate.

Jun 27, 2019Jane as a host is really kind, so friendly, fast response, and speak english very well. As for the room, it fits 2 people, but will be much better if it's occupied only by 1 person. You can bring 1 big and 1 small luggage (extra effort to lay it on the floor tho, coz the room is extra small and the floor will only fit 1 big luggage. Another luggage should be stored under the bed and other people must sit on the bed for us to open the luggage on the floor. LOL). The apartment located at tsim sha shui station exit c2 (blink your eyes and there you are, in front of your room) soooo close to the MTR station. Jane will give you a pdf doc once you arrived at HK. Don't forget to download it as the map is so clearly explained in it. Easy access to everywhere. Lively neighborhoods and easy to find foods (minimarts are everywhere). Oh,the night bus N21 and the normal day bus A21 to the airport also pass in front of the building. Soooo convenient.
Jun 27, 2019Our stay was good. Jane and other stuff was very accomodating and nice. The room was small than I expected but it’s okay. We had difficulty moving a bit but we managed. However on our 1st night, there was a cockroach. Maybe Jane and the staff should check cleanliness more moving forward. But for me, it was a good stay

The host is also very kind to provide drinking water every morning and is very helpful whenever you need help via phone calls and messaging. Overall we have a great time spending in HK with Jane's accomodation.
Jun 27, 2019It is actually my first time to try airbnb alone so I am kinda worried on what will I be experiencing. But the stay was okay and I’m satisfied with the room It was a great value because the hotels nearby are really expensive. It is also very, very close to MTR Tsim Sha Tsui station and the Bus Stop to airport (A21 bus) so it’s really a hassle-free stay for me. Lots of malls are nearby as well and you need to be prepared (and loaded!) so you can actually buy stuff that you want. I will definitely try again next time I will go to Hong Kong. Thank you so much!

Jun 27, 2019Jane was easy to communicate with and was quick to reply to any enquiry we had. Great place if your staying for a short time or if your travelling alone as it's a bit small but still great for the price. My Partner and I liked the place especially because of how close it is to the train station and the ferry. They we're happy to look after our luggage as we were early for our check in. All in all I recommend this place .
