The Sunshine studio unit: has a private entry, a bedroom, a private bathroom, and kitchenette which is located on the 300 square foot covered patio/lanai for your private use. 3. The Bamboo studio unit Is upstairs with a private entry, a bedroom, a private bathroom, and kitchenette located outside on a wrap around deck and covered lanai facing the ocean. This area is for your private use. All units share an outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, and a gazebo with table and 8 chairs for dining and lounging. There is also parking for up to 3 cars.
