Williamsburg its considered the best, coolest and safest neighborwood in New York. Our apartment its located right in the heart of it. You can visit Manhatan in only 5 minutes, no need of taxis!! Be prepared for a great experience in your next visit to Nyc.

Either you arrive to the city trough Jfk airport or by train at Penn Station or bus at Port authority, train lines are the fastest and easiest. From JFK airport forget about taxis or Uber, just take J train, come down at Marcy stop walk one block you are home. From Manhattan J,M,Z trains will do same dropping you at same Marcy stop.

Victor and his girlfriend Ana were super kind, the apartment is awesome, clean, comfortable, and the views OMG!! Super accesible, trains and bikes are right there, I did not take any taxis.. I just loved this experience, its really the heart of williamsburg. Im looking forward to come back again, cheers!!

Jun 27, 2019Perfect airbnb experience. Place was exactly as advertised, if not even better. Spectacular roof terrace with view of Manhattan skyline. Immediate proximity to great restaurants, shops and bars. 2 stops on the very close subway to Manhattan. Friendly and immediate contact with Victor. Lovely apartment with plenty of room. Really fair price and excellent value. Will stay here again when in New York for sure. Totally recommended.

Their apartment was as expected if not better(Clean, quiet, spacious) & very convenient with regards to location (close to the subway & Brooklyn Bridge), space, Rooftop. Neighborhood seems friendly and in the heart of williamsburg. I was also delighted by the views from your balcony & rooftop (my favorite!) I look forward to coming back again!

Jun 27, 2019Starting a family coast to coast road trip with 3 young adults with NYC this Summer, we couldn't have found a better place than Ana y Victor's one. Ideally located in the heart of Williamsburg, a few hundred meters away from Marcy Av. station, with a beautiful view on Williamsburg bridge (especially from the roof top, a bike station just at your doorstep, their place can comfortably accommodate a family of 5. Convenience stores are less than a block away. Make sure you reserve time enough to walk the streets around and the Metro line up to Bushwick, whose atmosphere is worth discovering. We didn't meet with Ana y Victor but every thing was ready for our (late) arrival, access was easy and we didn't encounter any issue during our stay. Thanks again for this great stay! We will be back.

Apartment was as advertised, and has everything needed for comfort and convenience. Great view of the Empire State Building from the balcony! Cool, eclectic neighborhood as well. Recommend!

We had our three little kids with us so safety and cleanliness was something we were looking for. We found that at Ana and Victors place!

Jun 27, 2019Ana and Victor were great hosts! Their apartment was beautiful and clean and in a great location! The apartment comfortably slept 5 people. We spent a hot few days in New York so the air conditioners in each room were wonderful to come back to. The only negative was being able to hear the metro from the apartment, so if you're a light sleeper it might be an issue. Overall, it was a great stay with a beautiful view. Jun 27, 2019We stayed here for 3 nights with a family of four. The three beds easily slept all of us, although not spacious, but very comfortable. Location is unbeatable if you are looking to spend time in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Many restaurants, cafes, grocery stores within minutes of walk and metro station is just a block away. Ana Y Victor were very responsive, easy to communicate and looked after us very carefully. It was nice of them to check in on us a few times during our stay to make sure everything was ok. Highly recommend.
Jun 27, 2019Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cet appartement. Il est pratique avec ses 3 chambres indépendantes disposant chacune d'une climatisation ou ventilation. La proximité de la voie de chemin de fer aérienne est surprenante et peu perturber les accros des nuits avec un calme olympien mais on s'y fait très bien. L'appartement est idéalement situé dans le quartier de Williamsburg ( Brooklyn ), quartiers avec commerces, restaurants et bars. Nous sommes aux portes de Manhattan. La station de Métro MARCY AVENUE est à 100 mètres de l'appartement et est la derniere gare sur les ligne J et M avant de rentrer sur Manhattan. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.
Jun 27, 2019Muy buena localización, a dos paradas de Manhattan pero a la vez en Brooklyn. El apartamento estaba limpio y las camas eran muy cómodas. Cerca de las vías de metro por lo que si eres de sueño ligero deberás ponerte tapones pero si como nosotros llegas cansado no lo notarás. Repetiría sin duda!!

Jun 27, 2019All was good and as described. Getting and leaving the key was easy. The subway station was close and easy to navigate into Manhattan. However, it was quite noisy at night due to the close proximity of the train line. Overall a good experience and a lovely although compact apartment.

Jun 27, 2019We stayed 4 nights in October, 4 adults and two teenagers. The apartment was as described, one room is a little small but we didn’t mind. The two others were of good size. Perfect location and convenient location for visiting Manhattan and Williamsburg. A little noisy at nighttime, however Ana provided the light sleepers with earplugs, the rest slept through it. The experience would’ve been even better if information about nearby grocery stores and restaurants were provided as we spent some time searching the first night, jet lagged and all. All in all we had a very nice stay.

Jun 27, 2019Victor was very informative, apartment was extremely nice and convenient to public transportation. Noise from metro was not a huge deal. It is a 4 flight walk up stairs and not a huge deal except when arriving with luggage. Would most defiantly stay with Victor and Ana again. We was able to see almost everything via public transportation and had a 7 day unlimited pass so it was very affordable. Only recommendation is bring a shower loofah. Great hosts/ friends.

Jun 27, 2019Victor und Ana sind unglaublich nette und hilfsbereite Menschen und es war ein toller Empfang vor Ort und eine super Kommunikation wärend des Aufenthaltes. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und nett eingerichtet und wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Wegen der Nähe zur Bahn, kommt man von dort sehr schnell und gut überall hin. Die Dachterasse ist ebenfalls toll und bietet einen schönen Blick.
Jun 27, 2019This apartment was a fantastic "home away from home" for my family. The location is great - bagels and pizza close by, natural grocery stores only a couple blocks away, and being only one block from the M,J,Z trains, getting anywhere in the city was easy! For being a NYC apartment, it is quite sizable with plenty of room for our group of 5 (2 couples and a singleton). The views from the balcony are great and even though the train goes by right outside, the apartment was surprisingly quiet. Victor was a great host - easy to contact and very helpful. The only thing to note is that it is a 4th floor walk-up, so if you have issues with stairs, it may be a little difficult to access (this wasn't an issue for us). We will certainly stay in this apartment again if we find ourselves staying in NYC again!

Ana and Victor were also very communicative and checked in several times to make sure everything was okay. The check-in/ check-out process was very easy and straight-forward. We had a great stay!

It was immaculately maintained and access was easy. I’ve done many visits to the city, but this was one of the best. Thanks to Ana and Victor for a fantastic experience.

We stayed during an extremely cold holiday week with lots of plans in Manhattan so did not spend much time in the neighborhood, but cannot praise the accommodations and location enough! We are a family of five, including three teenagers, and were able to find adequate personal space in this clean, bright dwelling. And the three-minute walk to the subway/one-stop into Manhattan location was fantastic. Highly recommend and would stay there again.
Jul 27, 2019We enjoyed our stay at Ana and Victor's - it is small (as should be expected), but comfortable for a group of 5 for the four nights we stayed. The apartment is a quick walk - which was a extra plus during the cold winter - to the subway that goes to Manhattan. Williamsburg is another interesting area to explore. Ana was a great host - quick to respond and considerate.

We loved the layout of the apartment and the proximity to the train couldn’t be better. We also liked hanging around close to the apartment — great coffee, a movie theater and lots of restaurants. Our favorite breakfast joint was the Rabbithole! Thanks for a lovely visit, Victor — I hope to come back soon!

Jun 27, 2019Victor and Ana’s place was clean and comfortable. Check in and out was seamless. The beds were comfortable. The location is close to the best of what Williamsburg has to offer and to the train to Manhattan. A citi bike dock is right outside the door. The area directly outside the unit is a bit seedy but we always felt safe and as I said it is a short walk to the hip parts of Williamsburg. The view from the two bedrooms is spectacular as you can see the Manhattan skyline and the hustle bustle of the city on the street below. We thought the trains going by were a big plus. If you need a place to stay that is clean, comfy and conveniently located Victor and Ana’s place is a good choice. Finally Victor was easy to communicate with and a great host.

Jun 27, 2019This is a fantastically located apartment in Brooklyn. Our family of four stayed 8 days and enjoyed it. The only downsides are: 4 stories with no elevator and the heat! Not even the air conditioners were capable of fighting it in summer. Also, may be noisy to some (we didn’t mind).

Jun 27, 2019Fijn en gezellig appartement met geweldige ligging direct bij metro/bus. Williamsburg is een hele leuke en hippe buurt. Veel restaurantjes, (vintage) winkeltjes op loopafstand. Je bent ook zo in Manhattan. Wij waren er met zijn vijven en hebben er een super tijd gehad!

Jun 27, 2019A perfect apartment for our holiday. Compact, but fitted the 5 of us nicely. It is very clean, has the amenities you would want, and has some nice 'homey' touches. Immediate neighbourhood is fine - doesn't look amazing , but seems safe and is extremely handy for Manhattan (Marcy Avenue subway 5 minutes away). 3 best things we did (sorry, not about flat!) - Liberty/Ellis Island trip; Juliana's pizza in Brooklyn; the High Line. Top tip - the Mr Pina grocery 3 minutes from the apartment.

The apartment overlooks the train line and a busy road but it wasn’t too noisy in the end, and ear plugs were provided.

The immediate local area is a little edgy, but not unsafe and very much a community vibe. The hosts are very responsive and include lots of little homely touches. Would easily recommended.

Small living/ common space which was fine for a family but might be a bit tight for a group of adults. Dishwasher was broken and we weren’t advised in advanced, which was unfortunate. Otherwise, pretty good.

Jun 27, 2019Appartement très bien situé juste à côté du cœur du quartier de williamsburg. Vue magnifique depuis les quais aménagés, metro tout proche et plein de commodites pour faire des courses. Convient pour 6 personnes ( 3 chambres avec lit double) meme si peut être un peu juste pour 6 adultes . Nous étions 2 adultes et 4 enfants et nous étions très bien ! Immeuble de 3 étages très calme avec une superbe vue sur Manhattan, un petit paradis !
