O apartamento está a 15 minutos a pé de Aliados, a principal praça da cidade, e perto de muitos monumentos e atrações famosas: a maioria dos hóspedes visitam a cidade a pé. A paragem de autocarro está a 50 metros, poderá encontrar o 302 e 402. A estação de metro do Carolina Michaelis fica a 10 minutos a pé. A praça de táxis fica a 3 minutos a pé. Estacionamento público gratuito disponível. Possibilidade de aluguer de scooter e bicicletas.

Jun 27, 2019Lovely stay at Miguel's place! His studio was a perfect fit for my friend and I to spend a few days exploring Porto. He was very flexible with an early check in. When we arrived to the place, he was waiting for us and led us right up to the apartment, orienting us to the space and area. He gave us excellent activity and local restaurant recommendations. The apartment are on the top floor (but don't worry there is an elevator!) and this location provides beautiful views of the city and included a large terrace (perfect for breakfast or dinner). The apartment was well set up, had everything we needed and very clean and nice. Miguel also printed out my boarding pass and slid it under the door and was flexible with a late check out as well where we gave the keys to his mom who lives in the building (so convenient). He was a great host and I would highly recommend staying at his studio while in Porto!
Jun 27, 2019A minha estadia no apartamento do Miguel foi muito boa. O apartamento é como mostram as fotos, a varanda é realmente muito boa. Toda vez que precisei contatar o Miguel ele foi muito atencioso e rápido nas respostas. Fica perto do super mercado continente e alguns cafés. Recomendo!
Jun 27, 2019I met Miguel's mother who was lovely. I could leave her my luggage : she lives in the same building. She brought my luggage to the apartment before I checked in. The studio was super clean (floor, kitchen, dishes, bathroom, balcony...). For breakfast, I could use capsules which was very appreciated. The kitchen is fully functional. All furniture looked new; a fire extinguished and a fire safety towel are easily accessible. I recommend staying in Miguel's studio !
Jun 27, 2019Miguel fue un excelente host. Estuvimos todo el tiempo en contacto por cualquier duda o necesidad que tuviéramos. El departamento tiene lo necesario y una terraza muy linda. Está muy bien ubicado y de puede llegar caminando a los puntos más importantes de la ciudad. Lo recomiendo.

Jun 27, 2019Excellent stay at Miguel's appartemnt, really close to the center and a wonderful terrasse, when you can choose to have your breakfast. You can easily choose it for a Short stay in Porto (For the sensitive earings, think about the ears plugs ;) because of the street noise) + The sofa bed is quite tall, ok for two adults but not as comfortable as a real bed for people who have a fragile back like us two ! :)
Jun 27, 2019Нам очень понравилось, квартира чистая, уютная, есть все необходимое. Рядом с квартирой большой супермаркет, круглосуточная аптека, есть кафе, где можно взять еду на вынос за небольшие деньги. До центра пешком минут 20. Хозяин квартиры был очень приветлив! Однозначно рекомендую!

Jun 27, 2019Very nice flat on a quiet street and with a huge terrace - ideal for sunny morning coffees. The flat was very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. Miguel's mother welcomed us and she was a very kind and approcheable host. We enjoyed the location as not too far from the city centre (Ribeira), c 15 min walk, and there were shops nearby (the pastry cafe shop before the flat street is excellent and perfect for breakfast!). The only point I'd raise is the shower - difficult to manager to get a good temperature and not enough water pressure. Thanks for the stay Miguel!
Jun 27, 2019Der Kontakt zu Miguel war vor und während unseres Aufenthalts klasse. Er hat immer schnell geantwortet und uns Tipps und Hilfe für unsere Erkundungstour in Porto. Miguels Mutter wohnt im selben Haus und hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, uns die Wohnung gezeigt und ein paar Tipps für die Umgebung geben (Supermarkt, Bahnstation usw.). Sie spricht nur Portugiesisch, aber mit etwas Spanisch und Händen und Füßen hat die Verständigung trotzdem super geklappt :) Die Wohnung ist sauer und es ist alles vorhanden was man für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt braucht. Zu Fuß braucht man 15 - 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt, dafür liegt die Wohnung ruhig und man hat von der Dachterrasse einen schönen Blick.
Jun 27, 2019Miquel is very responsive and helpful. He even gave a ride to airport at night. His mother, who let into studio is very nice too. The appartment is sunny, good for a couple. There is everything you need. There were some problems with shower, but Miguel promised to fix it. The studio is 10 min from metro station Carolina Michaelis. Just bed could be more comfortible.

Jun 27, 2019Una estancia recomendable. El trato con Miguel muy bueno, en todo momento se mostró amable y disponible para cualquier duda que pudiese surgir. La casa está genial y si vas en época de buen tiempo podrás aprovechar su magnífica terraza. La única pega la poca presión de agua caliente.

Jun 27, 2019Buen apartamento, situado a unos 15-20 minutos andando del centro de Oporto. Es pequeñito, pero suficiente para pasar un par de días en pareja o con amigos. Se puede aparcar sin problema en la zona y no es de pago.

Jun 27, 2019El estudio es ideal para pasar una estancia en pareja. El piso es pequeño pero con todo lo necesario, y tiene una terraza desde la cuál puedes disfrutar de vistas de gran parte de la cuidad. Todo estaba muy limpio, y Miguel se mostró muy accesible. Alojamiento más que recomendable.

Jun 27, 2019La comunicación con Miguel fue muy buena, al llegar nos recibió la madre y nos guió hasta el apartamento. Al ingresar el departamento se encontraba impecable. Respecto a la comodiad creo que está bien si lo que uno busca es estar fuera todo el día y llegar a dormir, pero resulta un poco chico si uno desea disfrutar un poco de las instalaciones. La cocina está bien equipada, pero se hace un poco incomodo cocinar en ese espacio (por ejemplo hay un solo enchufe y hay que estar desenchufando los electrodomesticos todo el tiempo). La nevera es pequeña y el agua caliente para bañarse alcanza para una persona. Tiene una terraza bellisima para desayunar.
Jun 27, 2019Very pleasent stay! It's a truly cosy house, divided into "interior" and "exterior". You have everything you need on the inside, and on a functional way, then you have a very cool balcony / rooftop, in the outside, that I'm sure will be great to spend some time in the Summer!

Super clean apartment, and the balcony as a super nice view! I will stay there for sure in my next visit to Porto, also a perfect spot for traveling in Business.

Jun 27, 2019Apesar do seu tamanho o estúdio é bastante cómodo, tem uma varanda otima e está bastante perto da metro da Casa da Música. Tem mini mercados, confeitarias, churrascaria e farmácia muito perto. O Miguel foi muito prestável e simpático connosco.
Jun 27, 2019Der Aufenthalt in Porto war super, leider habe ich Miguel nicht persönlich kennengelernt, doch die Begrüßung durch seine Mutter war sehr herzlich. Die Unterkunft war wirklich in Ordnung, mit persönlich fehlte ein Lesesessel und ein Radio, sonst war alles top. Auch das Auschecken verlief wieder über Miguel's Mutter, doch alles war problemlos. Ich hoffe, ich habe die Unterkunft ordnungsgemäß hinterlassen, da ein Feedback nicht erfolgte.
Jun 27, 2019This clean, well equipped compact apartment with lovely sunny terrace is well situated to access restaurants and shops. You can walk to the older Central area of Porto as it is all downhill most of the way. A taxi, Uber or public transit can bring you home. Grocery store is just a couple of blocks away. Miguel responds quickly to any requests or questions and his parents live in the building if you need anything. If there were any issues with the shower previously they have been rectified as there was lots of hot water and it worked just fine. Enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the sunny upper balcony with a view over Porto. Churrasco Alicante just down the street has great Portuguese style grilled chicken take away or eat in ( plus other items) and you can enjoy coffee and pastry on the patio at the corner cafe. I would certainly recommend Miguel’s apartment for your stay in Porto.
Jun 27, 2019Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Miguel. Nous avons été bien accueillis par la mère de Miguel. Le logement est simple mais le rapport qualité prix est très bon. Nous avons eu un petit problème avec le store, mais Miguel nous a tout de suite recontactés pour trouver le meilleur moment pour le réparer (ce qui a été fait dans la journée!). Merci encore pour tout!

Jun 27, 2019Das Appartement war sehr schön. Es ist nicht besonders groß aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Leider gab es keine Heizung was an den verregneten Tagen schön gewesen wäre. Die Terrasse ist super, riesig groß und mit einem tollen Blick über die Stadt. Check in war sehr flexibel. Portugiesisch ist von Vorteil, aber die Kommunikation mit Englisch und per Hand und Fuß geht gut klar. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert!

Jun 27, 2019Perfect for a lone traveller, or indeed a couple who just want a base for sightseeing. Compact (especially the bathroom) but with all the basic necessities, and a surprisingly large terrace. The bed was also comfortable, which is always important. Excellent value for money. The location is not close to the centre, but there is a metro station not far away. I walked every day, which in hindsight was a little too ambitious. The flat was very clean, Miguel's mother was there to meet me and explain everything, she was very helpful, and Miguel was easy to communicate with. Overall, I would be happy to return, and I recommend it to singles or couples on a budget.

Jun 27, 2019I stayed here one week. This studio was the ideal place for me to relax and explore the city. It is 5 minutes from metro stop Carolina Michaelis, from where you can travel very quick to the center. Or take the bus, there are a lot of lines passing nearby. A large supermarket is around the corner, open every day until 21:30. And the studio itself offers everything you need, including a small espresso machine which I enjoyed a lot! Recommended!

Jun 27, 2019O espaço de Miguel é muito agradável, sob medida para um casal. Está muito bem localizado em uma região tranquila e com fácil mobilidade para toda Porto. Não o conhecemos pessoalmente mas esteve sempre muito ágil nas respostas e sua mãe, uma senhora muito querida, foi quem nos recebeu para o check-in. O espaço atendeu às nossas expectativas. Estava limpo, com equipamentos funcionando e tudo o que precisávamos para uma excelente estadia em Porto. Recomendo!
Jun 27, 2019Den Kontakt habe ich persönlich mit Miguel's Mutter gehabt. Eine sehr nette, freundliche und hilfsbereit Frau, die mir sogar bei Krankheit meines Kindes sehr geholfen hatte. Die Wohnung ist keinerlei für eine Familie bzw. für Kinder geeignet. Da die Temperatur in einer Nacht sogar auf 3 Grad gesunken ist, dann kann man sich vorstellen, was das für ein 6 Monate altes Baby bedeuten kann, wenn es auf einmal so kalt wird und keine Heizung vorhanden ist. Auch für ein Erwachsene kann das unerträglich werden, wenn es so kalt ist. Sonst gute Aussicht.
