The building is approachable through stairs from Kennedy Town and stairs or elevator from Pok Fu Lam Road. Not conveninent for people with disabilities!

Nice quiet spot in hk. Near to all public transport yet away from the hustle & bustle of the city. By hk standards the apartment was spacious.

Jun 27, 2019Matyas was a wonderful and responsible host, he was very helpful and he responded to all my questions and needs in a very timely manner. The studio was just as described and looked exactly the same in the posting, which was very important because it was exactly what I expected, I really appreciate the accuracy of the posting. Matyas prepared a very clean and comfy studio for us to move in. New bottles of shampoo, bodywash and hand-wash were there for us to use. The kitchen and bathroom are big in HK standard, the area is very safe and quite. The de-humidifier, the air conditioning and the fan make the studio very comfortable. Kennedy Town and the markets are less than 10 minutes walk down the hill. If you don't the exercise of walking several flights of stairs to get to the studio, I highly recommend this place.
