Modern, recently renovated and refreshingly sunny apartment. It's an ideal place to recharge after a long day of going about town. One block from the N/W subway so great for commute to all central neighborhoods in Manhattan (ex. 15 min to Times Square). Our neighborhood is quite and famous for its local shops and authentic food options from across the world. We're a short walk to Noguchi museum, sculpture park, Astoria park and museum of the Moving Image among other attractions.
Space
I really hope you enjoy the space when you're home. You can lounge in the living room and watch a movie (you'll have access to all my online channels!) or you can use the elegant desk space to get some work done. The kitchen is stocked with coffee/ tea and breakfast treats which you should definitely help yourself to. A hallway leads to your room which gives it optimal privacy. It is also very quite and overlooks a garden. All basic essentials (ex. shampoo, toothpaste, iron, hair dryer) are there and please feel free to ask for any others you may need.

My wife and I stayed at Lana's place for 3 nights. We loved the place and would definitely recommend it! This is a new apartment. The bedroom, bathroom and common areas were very clean, tidy and well maintained. Although Lana was out of town, she gave us very detailed directions regarding key pick up and was in touch with us to check whether we were fine. The place is less than a minutes walk from the N train. The wifi works great! The bedsheets and towels provided were very clean. Our best airbnb experience so far!
Jun 27, 2019Lana a super nice and helpful person who goes out of her way to make sure your needs are taken care of. This let me have a great time exploring the city without worrying about much else. I found her apartment to be artfully decorated yet functional. Theres loads of space to move around and get work done and the internet functions great. Its also located on the N train and you can be in manhattan within 10 minutes. So yeah, this is a thumbs up from me.

Jul 27, 2019Lana communicated when I needed her which was great. Location is nice. There was some construction going on at night time which became annoying, especially at 5am, so bring earplugs just in case. The place is beautiful and spacious except for the bathroom which can be feel a bit cramped for some. I would totally stay again here. :) Thanks again.
Jun 27, 2019We had a wonderful stay! Lana's home is a beautiful, clean, and sunny space. The location is great as well—honestly steps from the subway with a grocery store on the same block. It's a quick ride into Manhattan from the apartment. Lana is so polite in her messages. We had a bit of a miscommunication regarding check-in, but she handled it so well and was very accommodating to us. Though we weren't able to meet her in person, I consider her a great host! Highly recommend this home.
Jun 27, 2019Lana's home is super convenient location. Less than 25 min to get into Manhattan and subway is 1.5 blocks away. Lovely apartment with hardwood floors, a beautiful kitchen, and well sized bedrooms/common area. Lana was excellent at communicating with us and check in was a breeze. Would stay again in a heart beat.

Jun 27, 2019Lana's modern apt is in a nice old building. I stayed in her room . The internet was speedy and the bed was comfy. Across the street there is a cheap looking indian restaurant but the food is surprisingly good, I ate there every night.
