Jun 27, 2019My stay at Uly's apartment was great! The apartment's location is excellent, next to the most important subways, which take you everywhere! In addition, the size of the apartment is great, specifically the room where I stayed! It is bright, comfortable, with a big bed! It also has a TV (although I did no use it). The whole apartment is very very clean, including the bathroom and the kitchen. The cat is beautiful and friendly (and clean), it should never be a reason for not staying at Uly's. Last, but not least, Uly was an amazing host! She is reachable and flexible, and despite the fact I changed several times the hour I was going to arrive, she waited for me and welcomed with a beer. She is nice and fun; a perfect mate to live with! Next time I travel to NY, I will definitely stay at her apt. Thanks Uly! :)
Jun 27, 2019A+ friendly and helpful host. Great location, literally right next to the subway station, modest yet comfortable accommodations. She wasn't there often so one typically has the place to himself. The cat is friendly and not a concern. Good value.
Jun 27, 2019I absolutely love staying with Uly!!! If you see Uly's place is available and fits with your requirements, don't hesitate to book it! Her place is very near to the main-line subway, so you will be safe when you arrive home at night. Uly is so cute and friendly ... you can ask for help. I enjoyed having a chat with her and bothering her cat ^ ^ (lol). Although at first I was worried because I booked this place only one day before arriving NYC and had no time searching information, but it was very lucky that I found Uly's place! ,,,,, love<3

Jun 27, 2019Mi estadía en el departamento de Uly fue excelente. Uly ha sido una persona sumamente atenta, amable y cordial. El departamento está muy limpio, bien cuidado y la ubicación es excelente (es uno de los barrios más lindos de Nueva York). Muy cerca del Central Park y al lado del subte que te lleva a todos lados. Realmente recomiendo alquilar este departamento!
Jun 27, 2019I enjoyed Uly's apartment. It is neat and clean, and the bed was very comfortable It is in a great location, a few blocks from Central Park and very close to two major subway lines. Very good value.
Jun 27, 2019Uly is my favorite kind of Airbnb host who recognizes hosting as an opportunity to meet interesting new people and share some time together. While not in any way intrusive, she was a gracious and friendly host who made sure I was comfortable and was a fun and intelligent conversationalist. Uly's place offers an exceptionally large bedroom and king bed on the 4th floor directly above the M & Q subway station (it's way down there so there was no noise or vibration. There is an elevator. The location makes it easy to get around Manhattan and there are a number of restaurants, bars and shops in the area (my favorite was The Jeffrey). Uly had coffee available in the morning and Thomas her snow white cat adds to a homey feeling. I highly recommend Uly's offering to those visiting Manhattan.
Jun 27, 2019I really enjoyed my stay with Uly, her apartment is clean, neat, and centrally located in Upper East Side. The room is quite big, so there is plenty of space. At night, there can be quite a bit of street noise, especially over the weekend. Uly was friendly and helpful, I enjoyed talking to her. Her cat is also very sweet. Uly was gone much of the time, so I had the apartment mostly to myself. I definitely recommend Uly's place to stay NYC!
Jun 27, 2019Uly was very good at communicating and flexible. The place is very clean and tidy. It’s located right next to a subway station so excellent for transport. The bedroom is quite large with plenty of storage space and a queen bed. Supermarket nearby. It’s relatively quite residential area but not far from some great bars and midtown. 30min tops to LaGuardia.

Jun 27, 2019Uly’s place is great! Great location (very walkable to and from shops, restaurants. The metro is literally next to the apartment block entrance). Apartment is very clean and tidy, Thomas the Turkish Angora kitty (very cute and friendly) is a sure bonus. It is exactly what it’s supposed to be. Uly is a fun, loving host. We shared our stories and get to hang out as part of my stay. I highly recommend Uly’s place!!!

Jun 27, 2019Uly was a great host. She kindly provided snacks and water when I arrived! She was easy to work with in terms of key coordination and leaving. Her apartment is spacious and quiet, and the king sized bed was great. Her apartment is located right by a subway station Highly recommend!

Jun 27, 2019Une expérience newyorkaise au summum: emplacement exceptionnel (proche de Central Park, des musées, à la frontière entre Upper East Side et Midtown. Une station de metro littéralement à la porte d'à côté), propreté impeccable, chambre spacieuse et toute équipée (lit de très grande taille, écran plasma). Hôte de grande qualité. Je ne peux que recommender.
Jun 27, 2019I had a wonderful stay!! She is such an amazing host. She makes you feel right at home. The small details like snacks, a toothbrush, etc made it all perfect. The location is great! She has been flexible for key collection, briefed me on what to do in the neighborhood and has been a great person on a day-to-day basis. I have really enjoyed this stay in NYC and can thank Uly for that. I highly recommend her as a host.
Jun 27, 2019特别喜欢Uly的家,在她家可以独享一个超大的房间,厕所虽然是共享,但非常干净!公寓有电梯,所以不需要担心提着行李箱爬楼梯~地理位置我觉得还不错,可以步行走到中央公园(大都会博物馆)或者洛克菲勒中心(附近有Moma博物馆)等比较中心的地段｡Uly家的Thomas(白猫)已经五岁啦,但是有一点点凶,不喜欢别人摸他,所以各自岁月安好就好了哈哈｡房间内有暖气,非常舒服,不怕外面寒风阵阵的纽约嘻嘻~非常推荐大家住Uly家(⑉°з°)-♡

Jun 27, 2019I just had the best New York experience in the shortest time. Apartment is nice and very well located right above a metro station and close to Central Park. Ulya is a great host, communication was quick and easy in a very friendly way. Room is well equipped with TV and air conditioning and Ulya provided towel and toothbrush. Can't wait to come back for a longer stay!

Her apartment is next to subway station. Her cat, Thomas, is soooooo handsome and smart! I'd definitely come again.

She had everything from a welcoming sign with my name (so I know would know where the bedroom was lol), travel bathroom accessories in case I forgot anything, and a convienient digital key pickup box. The place is large and spacious, especially for nyc, very clean and located in a nice classy neighborhood and safe part of manhattan. The tv in the bedroom has an embedded roku, so it has netflix etc and you can pair your phone to it too for streaming. Uly is very sweet, intelligent, kind and offered coffee and breakfast in the morning. I can't stress enough how welcomed Uly (and her cat!) make you feel at home. Prob my fav airbnb so far, highly recommend. I have already saved this and hope to stay again here for future trips to the city!

Jun 27, 2019Uli is the best! The large tv was replete with free movies and shows. The room and bathroom was clean. My room came with simple toiletries and the couple pieces fruit was a nice touch. The shopping and dining is vast from Bloomingdales to Goodwill from 24 hour family diners to white table cloth restaraunts. A definite good find.

I can't ask for a better place while i was in NYC. The location is great, easy to get around everywhere. I will definitly recommend Uly's place for anyone who is visiting NYC, she is a great host!
Jun 27, 2019Uly is a friendly host and has an amazing place to stay at in Manhattan. Bedroom is huge and gives you a great space to relax in. Short walk to the major subway lines which makes for an convenient experience of NYC. I would certainly stay again.
