Neighborhood Overview
The condo is located on beautiful Alii drive which is a main Kona street that runs a few miles and runs along the ocean for several miles beginning nearby to the condo. It ends at the northern end of the tourist facilities located all along the road. We are 0.9 mile from the wonderful beach of Kapahulu and 0.3 from the Kona Country Clubhouse and Amici's restaurant as well as about the same distance from Keauhou Shopping Center, with cinemas, restaurants, supermarket and more.

The condo was located in a golf course and it had a great view. Location was close to many grocery stores. The condo had all the necessities for living and for the vacation. The host was very friendly, and was always in touch with us. One downside was the noise, golfers were noisy and the street was busy. Thank you David and Faythe for the lovely condo.

Jun 27, 2019I was in Kona for the Ironman World Championsip with my wife and a friend. The apartment is well furnished and clean. Dave and his wife are very helpful. The place is quite and has a private parking. It is about 20-40mins (according to the traffic) from the main event area.
Jun 27, 2019The location was wonderful. Close to town but far enough away to not be in the bustle of things and room to spread out. The condo was very nice and had everything that one might need on a Hawaiian vacation and more. David & Faythe were very nice and very helpful when we had some travel difficulties. We will come back again! The pools all had beautiful views and the sunset off your very large lanai cannot be beat.

Jun 27, 2019Great spot for a getaway! The view can't be beat. Seeing the ocean from bed is amazing... falling asleep to rustling palm leaves & waking to the birds was wonderful (occasionally the lawnmowers from the golf course too - but that's to be expected as it's part of what makes the beauty of the view!) The home is comfy, has everything we needed (including smart TVs if you want a Netflix night! The location is fantastic - close enough to town without being in the midst of it all & shopping & restaurants just a quick walk away & main hwys are easy access. We throughly enjoyed our stay & would absolutely stay there again. Thank you!!

Jun 27, 2019We very much enjoyed nice view with both sunset and golf course. The wind coming through the windows was fresh and comfortable. We did not need air conditioners at all. The location is very near the beach, nice restaurants and shopping center, which our stay made very active. We met the owner couple of the property and they gave us all the necessary information. Thanks for that we did not have any trouble at all. The space was just right for our party of four plus two year-old girl.

Jun 27, 2019This lovely condo was everything and more than expected. The view was amazing, very well stocked and set up for a great start to the vacation. The condo was perfect for us and our needs. David And Faythe were lovely guest whom we met for coffee one morning and traded stories of our travels with. They are a very interesting lovely couple. We will definitely be back next year to share their stiries, condo and a nice Gumbo. We highly recommend this condo and these guys company. Thanks for a terrific holiday and sharing your condo with us. We saw the mos th wonderful sunsets on the lunai....
Jun 27, 2019Great well-stocked and spacious suite with a wonderful view (we got to see an unobstructed sunset every clear night!) . I loved the option of using AC as well. Would definitely recommend this place again!
Jun 27, 2019To keep it brief - you can pretty much trust the listing. The property is exactly as described. Well stocked unit: beach gear, utensils, toiletries etc. AC available but not really needed (at least in April/May). Good communication from the host. No real issues and a very pleasant experience all around.

Jun 27, 2019Great location, beautiful view, great sunsets, a/c was available but the trade winds kept the place cool, without using it. Shopping was within walking distance, as well good snorkelling was close too. Would be pleased to come again.
