The 3 bedroom house is new and wonderfully decorated! Room has brand New Queen size bed. Flat screen tv, digital HD cable, ice cold air conditioning, and plenty of closet space! The house is very clean and neat, similar to a hotel! Set of towels for guests and bar soaps provided for each guest! There are two guest rooms in the home that are Air B and B, your room and another. Safe, quiet, and comfortable.

Neighborhood Overview
It's a very brand new, safe and secure neighborhood! It's in a two mile radius from the mall, grocery stores, and restaurants and only 4 miles from the beach!
Notes
The neighborhood is brand new, and maps does its best to guide you here but sometimes it can lead you to the wrong side of the house (garage side). Do you best to locate Kukulu Street, and parking is best here. There is a yellow fire hydrant just in front of my home. If you arrive on the GARAGE side of the house you are on the wrong side of the house. Please go back out of the neighborhood and find KUKULU STREET.
Transit
You can drive (suggested) or bike, or walk around the area! But a rental car does wonders!
Access
You'll be allows to access the whole house! Free wifi, cable tv and ice cold air conditioning. I don’t mind if you use the kitchen, downstairs bathroom, or other common areas. But ask that everyone leave their personal belongings in their room:) If you need to do laundry please just ask, and keep the loads to a minimum please:) There are two doors the front door and the back door of the house. The front door is on the Kukulu Street side of the house. This is where you can park as well!

Jun 27, 2019James was an amazing host! Checking in and out was super easy and he was so flexible and willing to work with our schedules. The room was comfortable and looked exactly as advertised. He keeps his house very tidy and minimal as to help you feel at home without it being over crowded. It was nice not to feel like we were invading someone's personal space! James was available whenever we needed him, gave us space but was also willing to hang out and talk if we were feeling like it. Will definitely be booking with him again if I ever find myself back on Oahu!

The room we had was one of two rooms that were available for Airbnb and we had no issues when the other room was also booked. The location is great and pretty central to lots of things, especially if you want to avoid the hectic Waikiki area but still want easy access to the rest of the island. Parking was a breeze with James's Airbnb. Plenty of room to park on the street right in front of his house. Great experience overall!

The place is clean and well-maintained, the neighborhood is safe and quiet, and James himself is a conscientious, chill host who responds promptly to communications and made us feel comfortable right away. Recommended!

Great place and definitely a great value, the use of the kitchen and laundry is a plus as most other Airbnb's don't have that amenity. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Jun 27, 2019Great stay with James! House was very clean and welcoming. Little touches like Charmin tp, new pillows and soft sheets made the stay even better than I expected. Parking was never a problem and James always responded to my texts within a few minutes. Overall a great stay! (Helpful note: my mom and I wanted our own beds. Room was large enough to fit a queen air mattress between bed and closet which was awesome)

James ensured our stay was comfortable from an easy check-in to an even easier check-out as we had to leave for an early morning flight. Quick responses to communications, very welcoming and accommodating host. Highly recommended.

James is great with communication and like other reviewers said he gives you your privacy but there if you need him. Good guy too. Would definitely consider James again when we stay in Oahu. Centrally located, close to shopping, beaches and the freeway. If you are coming to the Kapolei area and appreciate a clean, welcoming space and a chill host, STAY HERE.

The room had a pretty view of the neighborhood and the amenities were perfect. I recommend him to anyone staying in the area!

Jun 27, 2019It’s no wonder James is a superhost and rightly so! He was so welcoming and hospitable and tended to our every need. So genuine and down to earth. Was a pleasure to meet him! As for his place, this house is gorgeous and sparkling clean. Though we were just renting a private room, we felt welcome to use any of the other amenities in the house! Not walking distance of the shopping center/water park etc but a very short car ride! Would definitely recommend James’ place to anyone :)

Went to a wedding at the Four Seasons and this was a much cheaper alternative to the major hotels. I recommend this place to anybody interested in saving some money. Very clean. Our host put a lot of love into this place.

Jun 27, 2019We stayed with James the night before a cruise and visiting Pearl Harbor and needed a quick place to sleep and shower. His accommodations were easy in, easy out and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, a hair dryer was provided and towels and toiletries were set out in our room. We stayed with James after returning from our cruise as well before flying out the next day. We would stay with him again if we came back!
Jun 27, 2019This was our first airbnb experience and if they all go this easy then I may never stay in hotels again. We never had the opportunity to meet James but we had an easy in, easy out experience with everything we needed including parking. We would definitely stay with him again!

Towels and body soaps were provided, nice working A/C and cable in the room when you get back from your adventures during the day and just wanting to relax. We seen James a few times but if we ever had a question he would get back to us pretty fast. Very nice neighborhood and we had no problems with finding parking in the area. Food and stores are not to far, I would definitely recommend renting a car to get around so you can see and do more. My husband and I will definitely stay again at James place again if giving the opportunity to go to Hawaii again.

One flight of carpeted steps to sleeping rooms. I would return next trip without question. Kapolei must be seen to be appreciated. Modern homes, quiet, great neighbors.
