L'appartement de Mario a été rénové récemment et est vraiment très propre et bien agencé, chaque chambre à sa propre salle de bain, la cuisine est bien équipée (avec un lave vaisselle). Il est un peu excentré mais accessible facilement avec le métro depuis l'aéroport. Mario était disponible et à même créé une petite application avec quelques places à visiter et bons restaurants et bars à tester.
Jun 27, 2019Our stay was really great and Mario was an amazing guest! We arrived very late (around midnight) and he was waiting for us. He also told us about his app, with a suggestion of places to visit and a walking tour: really helpful and well done! The apartment has been recently restructured and it has all the necessary comforts. It's really close to the metro station with a direct line from the airport, and you can reach the city center by walk in 10-20 min. I think it's a great place to stay for visiting Porto!

The only challenge would be the noise on the busy street but we managed to sleep through it anyway. Nice place. We would come back for sure

Jun 27, 2019Mario's place is conveniently located next to a metro stop and is walking distance to the historic area of Porto. I loved the neighborhood's mix of old buildings and small local bars and cafes, with a few gastronomic restaurants, Seattle style coffee shops and art studios scattered throughout. It is obviously a neighborhood in transition. The apartment is in an old building that was recently renovated in very nice taste. My room was spacious and beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable with hotel quality sheets.I thoughly enjoyed my stay.

Mario is really easy to talk to and responds quickly. It is a perfect place to stay with a group of friends. We loved our stay! Thank you Mario

Jun 27, 2019Mario's place was nice, clean and decorated beautifully. it seems exactly like the pictures and our room was spacious enough. Something that bothered us a little was the noise from the outside (the house is at a central road ) and also kitchen is not full equipment. Mario answered really quickly, he was helpful, kind and we would like to meet and as we only communicated via phone. Muita obrigada.

Jun 27, 2019Mario's apartment was easy to find, just across the road from the metro station. He was very welcoming and even showed us his own app- which was so helpful navigating the sights of Porto! The apartment was spacious and had everything you needed, our only complaint would be the beds and pillows could be more comfortable. Location wise being near the metro was handy, as despite the close-ish proximity to Porto's central sights, the hills can be exhausting!

Jun 27, 2019The apartment is layed out beautifully inside. The noise of the street was quite loud, even at night. We had to sleep with earplugs. Breakfast was at a coffee shop, easily accessible with metro but still 15min away. Mario responds quickly on the phone if questions. The apartment was clean and very close to a metro station or just a 15min walk to the centre of town.

Jun 27, 2019Mario's flat is really neat and comfortable. It is at walking distance from the center and there's a metro station just down the building. Mario wasn't there in person but was always available on the phone and quick to respond. One downside is the noise from the street, which is pretty busy even at night.
Jun 27, 2019L'appartamento si trova in una posizione tranquilla e poco caotica,leggermente distante dai principali luoghi di attrazione di Porto. Metro vicinissima che collega l'aeroporto con la casa(noi abbiamo solo camminato per ammirare questo gioiellino di città) così come a due passi la stazione degli autobus. La cucina è ben fornita e una sala pranzo luminosissima e ampia con cui conversare con gli altri guest della casa. Sfortunatamente non ho incontrato Mario ma assicuro sulla sua disponibilità e immediatezza nel rispondere ai messaggi. Super disponibile.

Jun 27, 2019Mario's place is a great location, steps from the metro and walking distance to most sights. The place is sunny, comfortable, spacious and clean: definitely a great value. If you are sensitive to street noise, you should know, it is just above an intersection, which is quite noisy, so pack your ear-plugs!

Jun 27, 2019Appartement magnifique. Juste à côté du centre. Esthétique, aéré et lumineux. La décoration est simple, épurée. Après une journée de découverte dans Porto on s'y sent bien. Le matelas est super confortable, on dort bien. Si vous avez le sommeil léger c'est mieux de prendre des boules quies. Mario est très gentil et a répondu à toutes nos questions! Petit déjeuner dans le bar est top. Merci beaucoup, on a passé un super séjour :-)
Jun 27, 2019Comoda e ampia stanza (per due più che abbondante!) in grande e bell' appartamento restaurato con cura nei particolari appositamente allo scopo di affittare le stanze, il che lo rende ideale e piacevole. Grande e bella l'area comune, con una cucina abitabile e ben attrezzata. Bagno funzionale, privato ma separato dalla camera dal corridoio della casa; peccato per uno sgradevole odore di scarico proveniente (credo) dalla doccia. Biancheria lavata e pulita, ma con aloni e qualche piccola macchia: se non fosse bianca nemmeno si vedrebbero, ma dato che lo è... si vedono! Mario ottimo host, sempre presente, disponibile e ben organizzato, niente da dire! Nel complesso, se si vuole girare la città, più che consigliato!! Sì è sul lato est del centro, ad un passo dalla fermata della metro, che spesso si può non usare se si è disposti a camminare 10 minuti in più.

Jun 27, 2019La habitación es preciosa y amplia. Mario ha sido un anfitrión fantástico y aunque no lo conocimos en persona estado siempre pendiente. La zona es tranquila pero céntrica. Por poner un defecto, no hay armario en la habitación, aunque sí un espejo con perchas y espacio para colgar ripa.

A la hora de abandonar el piso,nos obligaron a dejar el alojamiento mediante tres llamadas,en porto caía el diluvio y nos dieron la posibilidad de dejar allí las maletas. Mario además de airbnb tiene otro negocio para dejar las maletas por 2,50...

Mario deixou um mapa muito legal com dicas de roteiros. Não conhecemos o Mario, mas tudo correu bem na hospedagem. Recomendo.

Jun 27, 2019Seconda volta per me con Airbnb, a differenza dell'altra non ho avuto il piacere di conoscere l'host ma rimane sempre disponibile via telefono. Appartamento e stanze molto moderni e con tutti i comfort necessari (attenzione: in Portogallo non hanno il riscaldamento, ma è fornita una stufetta per riscaldare la stanza). Molto comodo il metodo di check-in e check-out in quanto si deve solo depositare la chiave. Molto consigliato anche per la posizione!

The apartment is further very good connected to public transport. The centre of porto is reachable within 5 to 10 minutes by foot.
Jun 27, 2019Muy eficaz y práctica la entrega de las llaves, así se permite tener plena libertad de hora de llegada. Preciosa habitación muy amplia y luminosa. He tenido un poco de frío al llegar pero mejoró con la pequeña estufa eléctrica. El ruido de la calle me despertó muy temprano pero la verdad, qué más se puede pedir a este precio tan económico!! En conclusión una muy buena relación calidad precio! Gracias Mario! Volveremos!!

Jun 27, 2019We stayed with Mario for three nights. It was very easy to get to the station from the airport by metro, as the train station (Campo 24 de Agosto) is right next to the house. Checking in is very easy and uncomplicated. The room is bright and modern. The private bathroom is located on the opposite side of the corridor. The kitchen is fully equipped, e. g. with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, fridge, etc. We kept some drinks and fruit in the fridge. The city centre and the river are only a few minutes' walk away. We rented bicycles for four days, which was a little bit unnecessary because everything can be reached either on foot or by metro. Nevertheless, we enjoyed a day trip by bike to the beach along the river. One trip took about 45 minutes. We appreciated Mario's quick reactions and his helpfulness. We would stay at Mario's place again.
Jun 27, 2019방이랑 화장실이 매우 깔끔한 숙소입니다. 체크인시간 전에는 청소하는 시간이기 때문에 시간은 지켜주는게 좋은데 체크인전에 짐만 놓을 수는 있습니다. 엘리베이터가 없지만 2층이라서 캐리어를 옮기는데 큰 어려움은 없었습니다. Marco는 매우 친절했습니다. 직접 만든 포르투여행어플도 있었습니다.:)

Jun 27, 2019I'm happy that I made this choise, it is beautiful and well localised appartment. It was easy to get there from the airport (by metro), close to the old city (by foot); next to the terminal for longdistance buses (so you can visit other cities in Portugal). I had separate room with bathroom in fornt of it, there is a shared space like living room and kitchen, wher you can meet other people and have an interesting conversation. I really like this place. In addition Mario is very kind and helpfull.

Jun 27, 2019Bright, spacious and stylish room (and the whole place really). If all old houses were refurbished like this, I would love to live in one. Good location and the custom map with tips was a great touch. Everything lived up to our expectations, except for two small things. I definitely recommend this place, just keep in mind: the windows are not really sound-proof so in the morning, when the cars start roaming the streets, you will hear them. The private bathroom is not within the room, but across a corridor. Quite close but not as private as if it was inside. Great value!

Jun 27, 2019Our stayed in this room was amazing. We had a great time exploring Porto. Although we didn’t met Mario his local tips and map were very helpful. The check-in is very flexible since you get a code to get into the apartment. We would definitely recommend this place!
Jun 27, 2019Loved the architecture of a curved building and walls, the spacious room, the easy to use kitchen, lots of communication when I needed it. There was a plumbing seal problem with the shower that meant water spraying around...easily fixed. Appreciated the few extra touches such as tea bags, espresso coffee capsules (that i didnt know how to use!). Only problem was the traffic noise as I didnt realise I was obove a rountabour of 5 main street intersections...luckily the Portugese are not early risers otherwise fun to people watch....beautiful accomodation.
Jun 27, 2019Great apartment with a cool, funky layout. Mario makes sure you're set to enjoy the city with a cool map he designed showing some good spots to go. The place was clean, and check-in was super easy. Mario communicated well and in a timely manner, even with our last minute check-in. We could hear road noise from our room (mostly the relentless high pitch of the pedestrian crossings), but we drowned it out with white noise (rainfall soundtrack on Spotify). Took up Mario's offer on breakfast. It includes coffee, a cold drink and bread with butter and jam. Not much food, but it's cheap! Parking: our only real complaint. It was super easy and right in front of the apartment on the street, BUT our car was broken into overnight :/ Not really anything you can do about it, but it was still a huge bummer considering the street looks safe.

Jun 27, 2019Lo más importante y que yo no entendí al reservar, es que se trata de un apartamento compartido! Alquilas una habitación y te encuentras con desconocidos por el pasillo... El apartamento es amplio y luminoso (aunque carece de estores o cortinas y las persianas tenían que estar casi todas bajadas para protegernos del sol). No dispone de TV pero sí de equipo de música. La cocina es sencilla pero completa, suficiente para una estancia breve. Dispone de lavavajillas y microondas. La habitación 3 es muy amplia aunque falta de armario. El baño está en el pasillo, con lo cual no es un baño privado. Además tiene un grave problema de cañerías, el olor es nauseabundo y estaba lleno de insectos. También es importante recalcar que tiene dos tramos largos de escaleras, por lo que no es accesible a todo el mundo. Por lo demás el piso está bien y la atención fue buena. Una vez que sabes que es un piso compartido las expectativas cambian. Aunque es imperativo que solucionen el problema de las cañerías urgentemente.

Jun 27, 2019Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, insbesondere wenn man vom Flughafen an- bzw abreist liegt die Wohnung super, da eine U Bahn im der Nähe hält. Auch in die Stadtmitte sind es nur 10-15 Minuten zu Fuss. Allerdings geht die zentrale sehr gute Lage teilweise zu Lasten der Lautstärke, da die Wohnung entsprechend an einer befahrenen Strassenkreuzung liegt. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr schön eingerichtet, ich hatte nur ein Problem mit der Türklinke in meinem Zimmer, da diese nicht (mehr) durch Schrauben fixiert war und sie sich entsprechend nur schwer von innen abschließen ließ. Von aussen war es kein Problem. Dieses Problem sollte aber mittlerweile behoben sein. Mit dem Schlüssel per Schlüsseltresor und Code hat es problemlos geklappt. Kann das Appartement empfehlen.

Jun 27, 2019체크인이 굉장히 편리했어요. 방 5개 정도 있는 아파트형식이고 호스트는 같이 머물지 않습니다. 주방 작지만 알차게 다 있고 화장실 깨끗하고 방도 넓었어요. 창이 넓어 해도 잘 들어요. 거실도 굉장히 넓게 잘 꾸며놨네요. 레데 버스 터미널에서 불과 5분 거리! 리스본에서 포르투 도착해서 바로 짐 놓고 쉬니까 좋더라구요. 상벤투 역에서도 멀지 않고 강가쪽 관광지도 도보 30분 정도면 이동 가능하니 위치적으로 최고오! ㅠㅠ 더 묵고 싶어도 방이 없어서 아쉬웠던 숙소입니다

Jun 27, 2019Para além de todo o incómodo no check-in e de não termos ficado no alojamento que efectivamente marcámos, houve ainda problemas de sonorização e climatização. Os tubos de saneamento que passam no interior do alojamento, vindos de pisos superiores, produzem imenso barulho cada vez que há descargas. A climatização é fraca e desadequada o que tornou o espaço frio e desconfortável. Um termoventilador deve ser usado numa instalação sanitária e não num quarto/sala. Por não poder estar ligado durante um longo período tivemos imenso frio durante a noite. Também a roupa de cama, nomeadamente o edredão, não era de todo adequada à estação do ano. Na instalação sanitária não havia nenhum tapete de chão/saída de duche nem qualquer gel de banho/shampo. Apenas sabão de mãos. Mínimo dos mínimos. Boa localização, no entanto difícil de estacionar e descarregar bagagem. Medíocre. Não voltaremos a marcar!
