Our house is a big renewed, duplex apartment, with big bedrooms and living room. The house is located in a relaxed area of Leça de Palmeira, 5-10 minutes walk from the beach, 20 min walk to a big shopping mall, and of course really close to Porto. Bus stop to city centre, and lots of free parking spots are just by the entrance of the building. We also have two friendly dogs and a cat that wont bother you at all, but are always well come to play with you.

Our apartment is a 3 bedroom duplex with garden. In the first floor, we have a big living room, Kitchen and a toilet. The kitchen is open space and all equipped with new devices and furniture. The living room has access to our private small garden which has BBQ and furniture. Guests are more than well come to use all of this space. In the second floor there are the 3 bedrooms. We are renting only one of the rooms. There is a private bathroom for our guests which is right outside their bedroom. The neighbourhood is safe, calm and family style. We can have a nice walk late evening around the house and by the beach and all we can see is families with their children and dogs. Also, there is a beautiful and known wooden path by the beach that attracts many locals and tourists. This path goes for Kms, all by the sea, perfect to have a nice afternoon walk. The common places of the house including the living room, kitchen, garden, and the extra toilet are all available to our guests. If you are traveling with your car, you can park easily at the entrance of the building, but still you can use the garage if you prefer.
