THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF HAWAII AND SHOULD BE READ CASREFULLY. Any revisions to this Reservation Agreement, made after confirmation is issued, must be in writing and is subject to MBP approval. Check-in time is 3:00pm and Check-out time is 11:00am. Great panoramic view of sunset. Green sea turtles swim the shores everyday; some were massive! We watched them swim from the Lanai, as well as swam next to them. You can even forage for Opihi and Helmet Sea Urchins off the rocks. Short walk to some of the best eats at Fish Market. Unit supplied all the essentials and more. Snorkel gear in the unit was super convenient. AC was super loud and does not cool the bedroom from the living room; but we never needed it anyways. Coffee maker probably has probably never been properly cleaned. First brew tasted awful. Had to do a thorough cleaning and several flushes to get rid of floaties and scum. Communication was minimal, but sufficed. Everything went perfectly and smooth!
Jun 27, 2019This location had absolutely everything our travel group wanted for a stress-free vacation. From travel books to a cooler and snorkel gear, the owner has thought of everything. Our favorite thing about this location was the ocean view. The beach right outside our place became our favorite place to swim in all of Maui.
Jun 27, 2019My hustband and I stayed for a week during our honeymoon and we absolutely loved this place! The apartment is very nice, big and clean and the view from the balcony is just amazing! The communication with Bree was also very good! She answers quickly and are very helpful. We reccomend this place to everyone and we will definitely come back if we are visiting Maui again. Mahalo!

Jun 27, 2019The location of the condo is perfect for us - very close to a couple of supermarkets, great restaurants, beaches, farmers market, coffee shops and shopping. The condo has a great view of the ocean and the 2 islands - Lanai and Molokai. What a way to wake up to, eat breakfast and just hang out before dinner. Bree, our host was fantastic with prompt responses to any questions and any time. The condo was clean, has all the amenities we needed a has a washer and dryer in the unit which was very convenient. The neighbors were fairly quiet. We truly enjoyed our stay. We will stay here again on our next visit.
Jun 27, 2019This condo is perfect for anyone looking for spectacular views, while being right in the center of everything west Maui has to offer! We were able to whale, dolphin, and turtle watch from the balcony! The sunsets were amazing! No need to rent snorkel gear, it’s provided for you. Super clean and comfy condo at a great price. We had everything we needed and more. Will definitely recommend Bree’s place to others!
Jun 27, 2019This is an amazing property with the most amazing ocean views I've ever seen. On top of gorgeous sunsets, there's a chance you'll see sea turtles swimming along the shoreline. I would definitely stay here again.

Jun 27, 2019The space is absolutely amazing! Better than what my husband and I could have imagined. Spectacular view from the lanai to watch the sunset and see turtles in the clear waters. The area has a very laid back residential vibe with a few beaches, shops, and eats within walking diatance. We were very happy with this place and would highly recommend it. You get exactly what is in the pictures.
Jun 27, 2019Truly incredible balcony and view. We saw at least a dozen turtles right off the shore over the week. Everything you need is provided for the kitchen and beach. Walkable to some food. Bree was a great host. Awesome binder full of local tips.
Jun 27, 2019Bree was the best host I've had! She was clear, friendly and quick to reply. The condo we stayed in was immaculate. Perfect sunset views, turtles sightings, small beach access, fully equipped kitchen, and my favorite part... it was incredibly clean!! Thanks Bree! We'll be back!
Jun 27, 2019Pictures don't do justice to this place! The view was amazing, the beach outside was perfect and extremely convenient. We saw lot of sea turtles from our patio. The location is walking distances from farmers market, food trucks and take out places making it a perfect to explore the island. Bree was super quick with her replies. We will be back for sure!
Jun 27, 2019Great kitchen. Has everything and perfectly organized. To die for view from private lanai, great lawn for sunbathing below with a nice area for grilling and outdoor dining and it’s just a few steps down to a small private beach area and nice swimming/snorkel area. Close to a farmers market and a number of very special dining experiences. Highly recommend. My only complaint would be the bed and pillows. If they were replaced with firmer it would be perfection.
