Jun 27, 2019the apartment was great and spacious. the yard was a nice touch and great place to eat breakfast or a have late drink. location is a nice with a quiet block but close to everything including good food and bars and close to transportation. Matan was very accommodating and very welcoming. we appreciate all the help and hospitality. we highly recommend this great place.

Jun 27, 2019We had to find a place close to Greenpoint Loft with no stairs involved and Matan's place fit to perfection. A cozy, comfortable home to enjoy being in. The bed was to our liking, the couches lovely to lounge on/in and the kitchen just right. We enjoyed having a heath food store two blocks away with a lovely small deli. We loved the paintings on the walls and if we had time would have indulged in looking at all the art books. I would defiantly go back.

It is in a very convenient location, easy access to the subway with a 20-30 minute ride to the city or downtown Brooklyn, and also walking distance to different grocery stores and delis. Would definitely recommend this location to others.
