The Living Room where we would set up the floor mattress for you is completely seperate from the other living areas so it could easily be called a 4th bedroom and has complete privacy. Fresh linen as well as bath towels are provided and all you have to bring is your suitcase. The kitchen is fully equipped with all one could need including a dishwasher and state of the art cooking facilities. And you also have access to an internal laundry with

Maroubra is the older brother to the famous beaches Bondi & Coogee. It is slightly more rugged water wise but has the calmness the two other beaches are missing because of the over crowdedness by tourists. Almost just as close to the city & airport we would choose to spend our days surrounded by the calmness of this suburb any day. With everything you could possibly need within walking distance and many cute cafes and restaurants down by the waterfront you truly feel the surf vibes here. The whole suburb and neighborhood has a super relaxed feel & atmosphere and its very safe at any time of the day or at night.

Please note that the garage you can see on the floor plan will not be accessible to guests. However there is private off street parking for 2 cars.

The best way to get around is either by car or bus. Busses are plentiful and can take you straight to the city or any of the other beaches. The bus stop is less then 3 minutes walk away. We have two off street car parking spots.
