The place is very nice and clean. Just hard to find a parking on the street. I will stay in his place again.
Jun 27, 2019Very clean and pleasant place to stay. Very close to the entrance to the subway. Many small stores and restaurants close by. I will plan to use this apartment again when I go back to New York!! The communication from the owner was also great!

Jun 27, 2019Large one bedroom apartment full of old-world charm. Clean, sunny and full of conveniences, such as a hair dryer, full tv service, and friendly touches such as Perrier water, cookies, crackers and tourist guide books. We loved the neighborhood full of colorful characters. Don't forget this is uptown. The real New York is here! Starbucks, Chipotle, great pizza and a Thai restaurant are only a few meters away. If you prefer to go for the neighborhood's latin flavors, there is plenty of choice in that area too. Subway station is very conveniently located at the corner! Don't miss your chance to visit the Cloisters museum and the park surrounding it, only two subway stations away. Thank you Paul for allowing us to visit New York without having to go bankrupt in paying for a hotel!

Jun 27, 2019Paul was wonderful. He responded to every message super quickly so that any question or concern was resolved immediately. He left us yummy bath stuff and perfume samples that came in very handy! Only a block from the metro, so very convenient.

Jun 27, 2019We experienced our first Airbnb at Paul’s place and were not disappointed! The apartment is in an excellent location with handy access to several subway lines. It was extremely clean with ample space for two. We were pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful Christmas tree in the living room and the whole apartment had a nice holiday fragrance - nice touches! We would definately stay here again!

Jun 27, 2019We arrived early and Paul had made arrangements with a neighbor to let us in. There were fresh flowers, new bath towels, bottles of sparkling water in the fridge and plenty of space. The place is right around the corner from the Metro stop and down the street from our daughter's apartment. Perfect location for our trip! Thanks for sharing your home, Paul!
Jun 27, 2019Tipico appartamento newyorkese in una zona molto tranquilla e sicura. La SubWay è a 50 metri ed è una caratteristica importantissima. In 20 minuti puoi arrivare in centro. L’appartamento è carino e ben tenuto, volendo si può fare colazione direttamente in cucina. Bisogna prendere un po’ di confidenza con le tendine arrotolate. Lo consiglio

Jun 27, 2019Pauls place was lovely, clean and spacious. The property was close to McDonalds, supermarkets, restaurants, public transport and only a 20 train ride to Time Square. Paul was a great host :)
Jun 27, 2019Great location with the subway steps away and plenty of food option around. The bed was super comfy! I was a little surprised to find the TV in the bed room instead of the living room, but no big deal. I would totally stay here again.

Jun 27, 2019L'appartement de Paul est très bien situé ! A côté des métros A et C (le A est un express, du coup pour aller à Times Square, cela prend 10 à 15 min). Le quartier est très calme, pas de bruit, très reposant. Supermarché sur l'avenue à côté, starbuck, mc do pour ceux qui aiment dans cette même avenue, un thaï dans la rue. En revanche, il y a un italien (Famous Famiglia) que je vous invite à éviter : trop cher pour pas grand chose ! L'appartement en lui même est parfait, propre, calme !!! Confortable !! Réparateur ! c'est juste un plaisir de rentrer et de pouvoir se reposer et dormir sans se poser une seule question. Nous n'avons pas eu la chance de croiser Paul, mais il est très réactif et de bon conseil, nous n'avons eu aucun problème durant le séjour mais je reste persuadée qu'il aurait été là en cas de pépin ! Merci encore Paul !
