Jun 27, 2019I had such an amazing stay with Talia! Getting to the place and check-in was easy, apartment is on the first floor with beautiful backyard that lights up at night, it has very cool tiki bar there too so it's nice to hang out there. Room and bathroom were clean and cozy. Less than a block away there are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars - always fun atmosphere! I absolutely loved having Talia around - she is very friendly, accomodating and fun! I felt like I was staying with best friend :) definitely staying with her again when I'm back in NY. Thank you, Talia ;)

Jun 27, 2019I really enjoyed my stay at this location! Talia was a wonderful hostess, very friendly / helpful and the place was exactly the way it was described in the profile. Plenty of things to do in the area as far as food / drinks / clubs / shops goes, and there are subway stations within walking distance. I will definitely stay at Talia's place again when I'm in NY and you should to if you are traveling here! Thanks!
Jun 27, 2019Loved the spaciousness and comfort of the place. You have your own (comfy) bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is essentially yours and the living room with its great couch and cable TV provide a nice place to relax after your day. I stayed here to break up my commute to NYC for some late nights and the place provided me a private and relaxed residence for three nights. I did meet Talia and she was super friendly and gracious. Little touches like toiletries, apples, and a/c really made me feel welcome. Thanks for making me your guest for 3 nights!
Jun 27, 2019Talia's home is a safe haven. The space is nicely designed, the yard is a revelation, the fairy lights and greenery make it look magical. The room and the separate washroom were spotless and welcoming, and Talia was kind enough to provide all kinds of toiletries, even a separate loofah! I had access to the fridge and the coffee machine, and Talia spared no effort to make me feel like I was an old friend visiting. She is an amazing person, the kind you rarely meet, but become dear friends with, before you leave. Don't think twice, this is your best bet in East Village!

Jun 27, 2019Our stay at Sahar and Talia's place was great. It was exactly what I was expecting, as they have great reviews, but maybe even a bit better. Most importantly: the bedroom was spacious and clean, the bed was really comfortable, we slept great. bathroom/shower was also good and clean. Sahar was so sweet and extremely responsive at all times. also accommodated us last minute. great stay, would recommend.
Jun 27, 2019Sahar was very easy to communicate. She waited for me to check in and made sure I could operate the doors before she left for party. And even when she's at the party, she replied to my text messages very promptly. I slept very well that night.

The location is really fantastic - incredibly close to a great bar scene, Chinatown and more. Highly recommended place to stay for NYC visits on a budget :)

Jun 27, 2019If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, affordable and convenient spot in the LES, then this is the spot for you. Talia was a wonderful hostess- friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful- without being overbearing. The neighborhood is great, (the corner store makes a KILLER egg sandwich if you don’t feel like cooking), and there’s an awesome boutique wine / liquor store right around the corner. The linens, towels and entire place was clean, comfortable and just as advertised. The expresso maker was a great touch, and the whole experience was wonderful. I’ll be back for sure
Jun 27, 2019A lovely ,perfect & quiet stay in a vibrant Neighbourhood. Sahar & Talia were great hosts. Apt was clean & tidy. It was fully loaded with all amenities. You literally have the whole apt to yourself. It was as mentioned on bnb. A few minutes walk to F 2nd Ave subway. Highly recommended & would definetly stay again.

Jun 27, 2019Love this place. Very very quiet and a private bathroom. Perfect if you need to be up and out early in the morning. East third is fascinating — upright citizens brigade. Wild thing theatre. Hell’s angels Club House. Lots of bars and restaurants with affordable happy hours. Walking distance from tenement museum. New museum. Whitney museum. High line. Chelsea market. Public theatre. And so much more. Hope to return and stay longer.

Jun 27, 2019La pase muy bien en la casa de Sahar y Talia. Fueron muy amables y respetaron mi espacio. Al llegar tuvieron todo tipo de detalles para conmigo, un baño y habitación muy completos. Tenía acceso a toda la cocina, heladera completa, living y jardín, además de un bonito baño privado, con una ducha increíble. Son muy respetuosas y atendieron todas mis necesidades. Las recomiendo. Un beso grande para las dos y ojalá nos volvamos a ver!!!

It’s a private room and bathroom, with a nice backyard. It’s quite the gem in the heart of the city. I highly recommend staying here!

Sahar went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and I had everything I needed. She was open and friendly, offered me full access to anything in her fridge, and made me feel like family. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to NYC.

Jun 27, 2019Sahar was extremely kind, and very eager to make my stay comfortable. The apartment is not luxurious (it was a bit old, not in perfect shape) but it was clean and very functional, and in a great location. I'd recommend it if you're looking for a place to sleep comfortably in NYC.
Jun 27, 2019The hosts are lovely and so kind. I arrived early after a redeye from the West coast and they worked with me regarding the check in time. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the apartment is like a little Oasis in Manhattan. Their backyard garden is incredible. I didn't one that was even a thing in NYC. Love these hosts and would gladly stay there again.
Jun 27, 2019A few positives. Sahar was warm and welcoming and a clear communicator. Talia nonlonger lives there. Sahar’s Mother met me to help me get situated. The location is central East Village. Near lots of shops and cool restaurants. Bedroom was very simple but spacious. Downsides: Bedroom is in basement underneath living area. Noise travelled Dow stairs while my host entertained guests until 1:00am. The smell is smoke wafted downstairs as well. I would not recommend this place if noise and smoking concern you. Otherwise it’s a decent deal for NYC.

Jun 27, 2019Perfect place in East Village! I had my own room with my own bathroom on my own floor. Perfectly clean. Sahar and her mom Ivonne (she was staying there in that time) were perfect hosts. So friendly and interesting. I guess the private bar in the garden is unique in whole downtown area. Always again!

Sahar offers great touch, an outstanding smile, a room and a bathroom that's QUIET but the second you step out you're in the heart of East Village in New York. It's the best of both worlds; you get an Airbnb that's quiet but outside you get all of New York. The best is that Sahar is a great, friendly, communicative host, and it was funny that every time I'd leave I'd get side tracked with great twenty minute conversations with Sahar and other people that are around. It feels like home and it's personal, out of all my Airbnb stays, this had the most personal touch, and I think the value is absolutely amazing what you get out of it. I would(and probably will!) stay here again.

Jun 27, 2019Great time at Sahar’s place! She has a very trusting and genuine way about her. The location was perfect, Sahar’s communication was great! From check in stuff to just fun back and forth (logistics, local recs, etc). So friendly and accommodating! Very cool and unique back patio area to mix it up and get some air and also check the weather for the day. Good times!
