This spacious apartment is located in a quiet area of Kowloon. Very well connected by two MTR lines travelling through Hong Kong is very easy and convenient – less than 30min to Central on HK island and the new territories or Sai Kung Beaches. It is an ideal place for a family stay and if you like to retreat after a busy day of sightseeing. You will have the best of both sides with an easy access for exploring the more rural areas as well as the popular and cultural sights of Hong Kong.

Our apartment is arranged on two floors. Downstairs you will find the kitchen with an open plan dining and living room and access to a balcony with a small bbq (but perfect for easy and fun dinners) and some plants (our attempt of growing some vegetables). The living room includes a sofa (which can be transformed into a double bed), a play area for children with toys and the latest and best-rated air filter system today. From the kitchen, you have also access to the washroom which has a washing machine and heated drying rack. Upstairs we offer a large master bedroom (double bed and a baby cot and changing table if needed) with access to an ensuite bathroom. Next to it is a children’s bedroom with a single bed (60x120cm). There is also a separate bathroom available.

The apartment is part of a secured residential area providing also some green outdoor space and a play area including slides and swings for the children. A shopping mall housing a cinema, ice ring, a well-stocked grocery store as well as numerous higstreet shops and a variety of restaurants is 5min away.

Throughout your stay you will be able to use our 3xdehumidifiers (wash room and bedrooms) and 2xair purifying systems by Philips (one in the living room and one in the master bedroom) and a water filter system in the kitchen to allow you to drink water directly from the tab! We have also installed two safety gates for children, one at the top at the stairs and one at the bottom.

The MTR station, taxi stand and bus terminal are located adjacent to the shopping mall.
