Jun 27, 2019It is a very affordable place for anyone, especially if you are a medical student doing your rotation nearby Staten Island University Hospital. Rita has been very flexible and communicates very regularly with you to make sure the place stays clean. She is very kind and will try her best to make sure you are well taken care of. She is also very easy to reach especially if any problems come up and also offers laundry service for those who are a bit pressed for time. Thank you very much for letting me stay at your place!

Their instructions for check in were very organized and they maintained a dedicated communication throughout my stay to make sure that I was having a good time. Place is exactly what is advertised. I would definitely revisit them!

Jun 27, 2019Very clean and comfortable. This is a 3-bedroom apt. with full kitchen, comfy living room, and one bath to share. Barely saw the other 2 guests. Hosts are very available and responsive without being intrusive. Off-street parking in driveway for all 3 guests: very convenient.

The place is located at a convenient location and New York City can be easily accessed via the express buses. The house is always clean! Rita has taken a lot of effort in adding intructions, which are very very useful. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a short or a long stay
