Jun 27, 2019Svetlanas place is great for 1-4 people and close to coney island for solething tomorrow during the day. Ubers and can are plentiful. The only downside is how brifgt the apartment is in the mornings (after a late night) but truly a great place for a weekend trip. Thanks Svetlana!

Jun 27, 2019The apartment is stylish and homey. It is a short walk to the subway. There is a wonderful Halal market very close by. We did not get a chance to meet Svetlana but she made good arrangements for us to get in the apartment and she was very responsive to questions about the apartment

Jun 27, 2019never met svetlana, but she told me where to find keys and so I did. Location is great, 5 minutes to subway and 5 minutes to bagel place (best breakfast). I found apt to be in Brooklyn size. bed is too small 2 ppl, sofa is little uncomfortable. internet works good. water/heater, etc is good. apt has a smell of old apt. lock is a little tricky overall, location is good, but I think next time I will look for something else

Jun 27, 2019The place was a haven for me in Brooklyn. On a quiet street with a beautiful view of the city from the top floor. Elevator was a blessing. Nice family apartment building and quiet too. Close to everything I needed and everyone I met in the building was nice too. The lack of a television was a little disappointing, but it did say in add that there wasn't one so that's on me. The wifi service was great though. Overall, a nice place and a good value right in the heart of nice, safe neighborhood. Yuri was a thoughtful and nice host.
Jun 27, 2019Yuriy's place is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated apt on the 15 th floor. A lot of great books to read)). It is perfect for family. Close to public transportation incl subway station (10 min). Host is very responsive and friendly. Perfect place and area around. Recommend. Доброжелательные хозяева. Рекомендую.

Jun 27, 2019Nice place, great value for money. Close to subway (4 mins walk), lots of grocceries & services. Manhattan is just 45 minutes by train (not a busy line at all). Yura is a good host, his place worth every dollar spent.

Jun 27, 2019Imagine an invitation to stay in a friend’s artsy space in a fascinating Russian neighbourhood. The building is an older one, but the apartment is roomy, comfortable, quirky, and filled with original paintings. The subway and shops are a few minutes walk away. We couldn’t have imagined a warmer welcome from Yura, who stayed up late to rescue us after a four hour delay, pointed out all his favourite restaurants, and made us comfortable in his home. We had a great time there.

Jun 27, 2019The first thing that strikes you as you enter Yura's apartment is how culturally diverse it is with a lot of art, books and decorations. His one bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and close to Coney Island Hospital as well as many good restaurants. All of these were within walking distance. The neighborhood was safe. As a host, Yura was wonderful. He provided an easy check-in, was always available to answer any questions we had and was very accommodating with our check-in and check-out timings. Overall, it was a great experience with no negative experience. I would definitely recommend staying at Yura's apartment.
Jun 27, 2019Prefect location, it has access to all major transportation. The apartment was perfect and had style. Another bonus is you are in walking distance to many different food establishments and shopping areas.
