Peaceful studio located at The Napili Ridge, in the highly sought-after west side of Maui. Equipped with a Westin Heavenly Brand KING bed, full kitchen and loads of ALOHA. Complete with all the essentials of island living and cooking (All utensils, microwave, full fridge, DW, french press, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, fresh linens, beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, hair dryer, Smart TV, free WiFi and tropical fans and AC to keep you nice and cool. Brand new stainless steel appliances. This is a QUIET off the beaten path residence- not a resort- with both long term residents and vacationers utilizing the property-please respect the quiet. This space is optimal for those who want to get out and enjoy the Maui outdoors with all its magic it has to offer at a GREAT price. Please note: We are located on the bottom floor but there are a few stairs to get to us from the parking space.

Neighborhood Overview
The location is in the much-desired West Side, right in the heart of the action. It's only a block from Napili Bay, and a walk or short drive to many great restaurants and beaches, plus a grocery store. There's also a bi-weekly farmers' market.
Notes
We are committed to being as sustainable and eco-friendly as we can possibly be and we appreciate our guests to be as well. Recycle, reduce, and conserve while you visit Maui. We have Hi-5 recycling available on property. Electricity costs at least double up to triple that on the mainland. Please turn off lights TV AC and fans when not using. Do not walk on the reef. Ever. Just because you have reed shoes doesn’t mean you should use them. Do not litter-Take your trash with you and dispose of it properly while visiting our parks and beaches. Support local business. Rent a "Bio-Beetle" or hybrid vehicle to get around. Volunteer if you have time. There are always beach clean ups happening or preform your own mini version. Leave the sand at the beach! Sounds simple right?-Please shake your towels, beach chairs and rinse your feet out at the beach. Transit
Best to rent a car to see all Maui has to offer. We do have a free reserved parking spot just for you. There is a local bus that can be easily accessed, with a stop just at the bottom of our road. Uber, Lyft, and cabs available; times and rates vary. Bike rentals available.
Access
The entire studio space is yours! Full kitchen and bath (shower only, no tub). A nice outdoor lanai to enjoy your morning cup of locally grown coffee. A FREE and RESERVED parking space. The property itself is equipped with a pool, BBQ, and coin-op laundry for our guests to use. ( property rules and hours of operation do apply).

Easy parking, small cozy and neighborhood friendly place. Full kitchen appliances and cooking utensils. Linsay was a great host and I would totally recommend this location. Definitely check out the SeaHouse restaurant and beach access only 2mins away.
Jun 27, 2019We had a great stay at Linsay's Sunset Stowaway in Napili. And the name says it all, we saw an amazing sunset just outside our door our first night there. It was nice to have the beach chairs/umbrella/towels available to use. We went snorkeling at Honolua Bay - maybe a 10 minute drive away - and it was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked, nice to cook our dinner rather then eating out all the time. It was easy to find, the location of the unit was very convenient to the parking spot. Thanks for hosting us.
Jun 27, 2019We have no complaints. Found the place OK with the directions given. Space was nice & furnished well, depicted accurately in the photos. Big plus on having beach equipment (beach mats, chairs, umbrellas, etc)...we definitely put them to use. Thanks Linsay for being a great host!
Jun 27, 2019We had a wonderful time at Linsay's place. Very nicely decorated and very comfortable. Comfy king size bed with plenty of linens and pillows. The place is as described. At the time of our booking, we were able to use the beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and cooler. All were in great condition and added to our stay. Plenty of room in the kitchen and bathroom as well. The location is great because it is less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and give or take a few minutes to walk to restaurants. Also easy driving distances to all the west Maui highlights. The pool and grill are steps away and seemed nice, but we did not use either one. Linsay is great to work with. She was always polite, courteous and super fast with her communication. Would recommend and stay here again!

The apartment is very close to Kapalua beach, one of if not the most stunning beaches on Maui for snorkelling. The apartment was recently renovated and has everything you could possibly need. It was very clean and just as shown in the pictures. I highly recommend this place!

I could detail them out, but it would be better for you to experience them for yourself! Napili is lovely with great beaches and restaurants plus easy access by car to incredible scenery and shopping. Highly recommended!

Jun 27, 2019We really liked the Linsay's space -- it was exactly as we expected. We didn't come to Maui for a beach experience, but the beach was a five-minute walk from the apartment and I guess it's pretty important for some of the visitors. The communication was great, Linsay even texted me on the day of the check-in letting us know that the apartment was ready a bit earlier which was great since we arrived early in a morning.

Jun 27, 2019Great place, especially for the value. The place is clean and has everything a couple would need during a stay in Maui. It is just short of a mile walk to Kapalua Beach which has some nice water for snorkeling. It is about a 15 minute drive to downtown to shop,eat and drink.
Jun 27, 2019Our recent 6 night stay at Linsay's condo, Sunset Stowaway, was nothing less than perfect! The unit itself was beautifully decorated in modern, yet warm, decor with excellent bed linens and ample beach and bathroom towels. The home and amenities are exactly as described in the listing. We stayed at another airbnb while on the island and let's just say Sunset Stowaway was a far better choice. Lindsay went above and beyond in comparison to what the other host/unit provided. By that I mean the unit had it all and the photos really don't do it justice. A huge king bed with a GREAT mattress, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of dishes, stone countertops, comfortable beach chairs, umbrellas, a GOOD hard sided cooler, plenty of hangars, toiletries, books, comfortable patio chairs, ceiling fan, and two floor fans for keeping the unit cool, the list goes on and on. It really was like a true home away from home in regard to the style of homes we prefer to book at- Clean, fresh, bright, modern etc. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but liked that it was always very quiet there and looked very clean also. The unit was only a small flight of stairs away from the designated parking stall which was also a plus when we had groceries to bring in. Thanks again for hosting us!

Jun 27, 2019Our stay at Linsay's place was brief but sweet! The space was decent size with enough room for a couple, the bed was very comfortable, the complex itself was lush and private. Parking was easy and the location itself is walking distance to several beaches! Finally, Linsay even alerted us that the unit was ready earlier than check-in time which allowed us to make our day more convenient and efficient. Thank you Linsay!
Jun 27, 2019Miss this place already! If you're looking for somewhere comfortable, clean, and has everything you need for a great break this is it. Linsay has thought of everything, beach chairs, cooler, all kitchen utensils, plenty of towels, etc, and when we asked if there was an iron, she popped one into us within the day. The place is also walking distance to the best beaches and restaurants. Napili bay and kapalua bay are ridiculously gorgeous, and Merrimans for sunset and dinner are an amazing treat. We will be back!
Jul 27, 2019This rental isn't for everyone. If your mental picture of a Hawaiian vacation requires an ocean view balcony, maid service, and onsite restaurant, you are missing the point of rental websites like this. If your vacation involves bringing kids of the "need to run around screaming" variety, look elsewhere-- I don't recall seeing anyone under 25 in this entire real-locals condo complex. If you need loud, you won't find it. The only noise we heard came during the afternoon of Superbowl Sunday, where screams of joy and anguish were sporadically emitted from the screen doors and slatted windows we passed on our walk to the beach. A couple notes about the above: The screen doors are the heavy duty black grid kind, that you leave shut with the main door open. Then you open the door to the lanai (patio), and create a fresh air flow with the fan. This is how you cool down a place without an air conditioner. We were never uncomfortable in the 80s (temperature; not decade). The other thing I wanted to point out is that I said "walk to the beach". It's entirely possible to hit sand in 10 minutes from the door, but you can be more leisurely, enjoy a definitely-not-spiked drink you made using supplies from the nearby grocery store that is pretty expensive until you compare making food at the condo to eating out every meal. And then you remember you're on an island. It's a really quick drive to the public parking, but no guarantee that you'll get a spot. We drove a few times when our feet were super tired from other walking excursions, but there was one time when we had to drive home and walk because there wasn't parking. Of course, when we walked through the lot, there were three spaces. You know how it goes. Staying in this condo and walking to the beach provides the most realistic fantasy of what living on Maui could look like for you and your main squeeze. The place has all the kitchen stuff we needed, a cooler to take to the beach, a Smart TV that we watched YouTube on at night (I actually didn't check if there was cable TV or not) but the Wi-Fi worked well and there was enough room at the kitchen bar to set up my laptop to do some work (which I almost did before saying "F that, I'm on vacation"). The stand up shower had good water pressure and got hot water fast, which is really all I ever want, though it also happens to be one of the more creative remodels I've seen. If you've ever looked at Pinterest for remodel ideas, I don't think you're alone-- this place feels new, very comfortable and full of good vibes. The bed was comfortable. If I had to come up with a downside, it's that at night it could be a little bright from the lights outside the other buildings since we slept...

Jun 27, 2019Love this place, great amenities for our stay including everything for cooking, coffee, beach chairs, cooler, snorkel gear, great tv, comfortable king bed, etc. We felt like this was our home. Nearby to the beach, walking distance to The Gazebo (great breakfast place) and overall a wonderfully quite home base. The decor was modern and the attention to detail was fantastic. Do yourselves a favor and stay there and on your last day there be daring and do the drive along the north point to get to airport. Mahalo

Jun 27, 2019This was our first time in Maui and we could not have been happier with our stay! Linsay was very promote with communication and answered several questions before we booked. This is a phenomenal residential condo located within walking distance of some of the best beaches in Maui and away from the busy tourist feel! We enjoyed walking to The Coffee Shop each morning and grabbing an acia bowl from A'a Roots :) Condo description was very accurate and plenty of space for two. We will be back!

Jun 27, 2019This place is very clean, well kept, and will make you feel right at home. It is literally a 10 minute walk to the beach and within 15 minute drive to lots of local restaurants. The host provides everything you need to enjoy yourselves at the beach (two beach chairs, plenty of towels, a cooler, and plenty of tote bags). The host also does an amazing job walking you through the entire check in process and provides very prompt responses. Two things I'd like to point out, there is no air conditioning. If you're not used to 70-80 degree humid nights I would be wary of booking. However, there is a very adequate ceiling fan and two oscillating floor fans. Also, during the time of our stay, the screen door was unable to lock so we couldn't sleep with the glass door open for some air. Overall, I would highly recommend simply due to how helpful and cordial the host was. If you can see past the lack of air conditioning, this is the best you'll find for the price in Maui.

Jun 27, 2019Fantastic stay at Linsay’s place in Napili. Check-in was seamless and assigned parking was a treat. Quick 5-10 min walk to Napili Bay Beach (beautiful sunsets) or a bit further to Kapalua Beach (great snorkelling & turtle watching!). It was nice to be a bit tucked away and we enjoyed the quiet on the lanai every evening. The place is stocked with everything you might need - from kitchen basics to a beach umbrella. The decor is beautiful - coastal chic and a home away from home. Everyone in the complex was friendly. We would stay again in a heartbeat.
Jun 27, 2019We highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Maui! This place is awesome, it exceeded our expectations! The flat looks much better in reality than on pictures. We stayed there 3 nights and we wish we could have stayed longer. The interior is styled in a way that makes you feel like at home. Quiet location, pool (we didn't use it though), soft bed, very nice styling. The place it is very clean. There is a good and well priced restaurant Kitchen 5315 (without alcohol at the moment) 1000 feet away. Beach is a little bit further but within walking distance. The free parking spot at the place was very convenient. Lindsay was very helpful in both finding the right place to eat and also with the checkout. All in all - we highly recommend this place!

Jun 27, 2019This was one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at, primarily due to the host who was great in every way - communication, responsive, provided everything anyone could possibly need and more! Her place is slightly off the beaten path but very close to a shopping center and awesome beach with the best sunrise and sunset. This place even has A/C which is much needed on the islands. It’s perfect for 1 or 2 people. Everything was spotless and clean. Had a great sleep as well. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

There were small touches here and there (snorkeling, extra towels, air conditioning, etc.) that made us feel welcome and comfortable in our time at Napili. Linsay was prompt and helpful with communication. The home was clean and the bed was comfy (lots of pillows). The beaches were just a few minutes walk away. Note: Kapalua Beach was a gorgeous place to snorkel (A vast array of fish and reefs)! There's definitely a ton more positive things to say about Linsay's place but I'd be writing a novel. In short, if we ever returned to Maui, Linsay's place will be number one on our list of places to stay at!

It was so clean and stylis, I was so happy with the place the second I walked into the door. Linsay also included many extras that were much appreciated like beach towels and snorkeling gear! On top of how amazing the place was Linsay was also a fantastic host she was so kind and helpful with everything. She always responded quickly, which is much appreciated. I think some of the nicer touches (local places to go to, activities pamphlets, a full kitchen) that really helped add to my trip and be able to have an amazing time. Don’t be afraid to go this place because this is a great place in a great location. Do it!

Linsay had everything in the condo you could need for the perfect Maui getaway: beach chairs and umbrella, loads of towels, snorkels, and a well stocked kitchen. It was modern and clean and made our stay so relaxing. If we come back to Maui in the future, this place is the top of our list to stay again.

Jun 27, 2019Linsay and Ians home is just as described. Its in a great location and has everything you need. I would recommend whether you are looking to stick around the area or driving around. There are a lot of great food shops and tourist spots close by. Be mindful of the parking if you have a large vehicle as the spots are very tight.

Jun 27, 2019We absolutely loved our stay at Linsay’s place. It looks so much more amazing in real life! The place was clean, spacious, stylish, and the bed was very comfortable. It is in a lovely neighbourhood walking distance to the gazebo restaurant (which was great for breakfast) and beautiful beaches on the north-west side of Maui. The space is really well thought out, we had everything we needed and more. Thank you again Linsay!
Jun 27, 2019Beautiful space, fantastic location, and an excellent host. The kitchen was well stocked and there were great beach accessories we were able to use (towels, chairs, cooler, bags, etc). The location is so close to great beaches and snorkelling. Linsay was a wonderful host and very available for any questions we had. We had an unexpected glitch and she was so quick to help out. I would highly recommend Linsay and Ian's place to anyone visiting west Maui.

If you are waffling about whether or not to book this AirBnB because you have never used the service or because you don’t know if it’s the right spot for you, don’t walk, run to the computer and book it! First, let’s talk about the amenities, they have stocked the house with everything you need, i.e. towels, chairs, cooler, ice packs, snorkel equipment, toiletries, welcome water, and a folder full of local information. Next, let’s talk about the location, you can WALK to the beach and several popular restaurants, including Gazebo and Seawatch. Finally, let’s talk about the owners, they were basically available 24/7 to help with anything, answer a text message or provide a helping hand. Take stock in this review and BOOK!
Jun 27, 2019We loved our stay at Linsay's. Great location - 5 min walk to beaches; very clean; had all amenities including cooler and beach accessories which we stored in the trunk and used every day! Central location to visit all the highlights of the island!
Jun 27, 2019What a perfect location and wonderfully equipped condo for a stay in Maui! Close to everywhere I wanted to go, but still tucked away from the resorts. Excellent beaches nearby, convenient to the grocery store and local coffee shop, and a super comfy bed! Don’t hesitate to book this place!!
Jun 27, 2019Clean space that is perfect for a couple! So many nice small touches such as having extra tooth brushes and mustard in the fridge. We felt like we were at home! We highly recommend her studio.
Jun 27, 2019What a beautiful place! Linsay had everything available to us that we needed and the home was so cute and relaxing! We would definitely stay here again! VERY quiet neighbors, so if you're a little louder, you may want to look elsewhere. I loved the peacefulness of it! Close enough to everything, but far enough away at the same time. We really enjoyed the nearby Napili Beach.

It was fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay; all cookware, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler etc. It was clean, comfortable, and stylish. The apartment is located in a beautiful area with a beach and hiking trails close by. BBQing by the pool and snorkeling in Kapalua Bay was awesome! Would love to stay here again one day.

It’s on a quiet neighborhood road, just a few minutes walk from the “beaten path.” This is perfect because you have quick access to the main road for day trips, but it’s far enough away to be a calm, peaceful refuge for quiet time. The house is decorated straight out of an Anthropologie magazine, and is SO adorable. Plus there are a bunch of fun quirks and thoughtful surprises all around the studio. Did I mention one of the walls is just a huge window? Stay here, guys. You will love it. :)
