Jun 27, 2019Great apartment, it was easy to reach Mona, she responded to every text message I sent her, very helpful. The apartment is beautiful and clean and close to everything, train station is pretty close by, and she guided me in every possible ways. Very happy with my stay!

Jun 27, 2019Mona is so helpful and responsive. She are so helpful that she even find me a parking space. Anyway this is great value for Brooklyn and Friday night street party just great and it is only 1/2 block away from Mona's apartment. For me this is the true spirit of Airbnb.
Jun 27, 2019Жили у Моны в августе 2017. Сразу скажу - понравилось. Расположение шикарное. Бей Ридж отличный район. Рядом множество автобусных останок, две станции метро. Уехать можно в любую точку Нью Йорка. В нескольких кварталах есть набережная и паром. На пароме мы добирались до Манхеттена. Квартирка скромненькая, но чистая. Очень приятная хозяйка Мона. До сих пор помню вкус этих чизкейков, которыми Мона нас угостила. Спасибо ей. Мы были приятно удивлены. Вобщем рекомендую!

Jun 27, 2019Mona's flat is beautiful, cozy, spacious. The area is calm, transport is convenient. To Manhattan can be reached by bus, subway, ferry. The house is ancient, nice, the neighbors are friendly. Mona is very responsive mistress, always fast answered our questions and assisted. Thank her very much!

Jun 27, 2019The apt. was in a nice Bay Ridge neighborhood. Located a short walk to a variety of restaurants and stores. I mainly rented it because it was only a (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) minute walk to my daughter’s house. The neighborhood was safe, and I felt comfortable to walking home from my daughters at 10 at night. I enjoyed that it had three separate rooms, four if I count the bathroom. I could relax in the living room and watch tv or read. The bed room was roomy, and the beds were to my liking. Mona, was cheerful and always ready to help or answer my questions. She took an interest in me and would check up, via (Hidden by Airbnb) , on me every so often to see how things were going. I would rent the apartment on another visit.

Jun 27, 2019One word for Mona’s apartment is AMAZING!!!!. Me and my wife really loved the place as it feels like home. My wife is an interior designer and she loved the way Mona decorated her apartment. It was clean, all amenities were there which we were looking for. We really had a great time living here. Mona was really great with communication and answered all the questions within minutes. Only problem I had was parking on street it was really hard to find parking if you missed the time I got two parking fines but it was my mistake I wasn’t sure about the parking rules in NY. Thanks Mona for having us.

Jun 27, 2019I am so glad I picked this place!! It is literally what the pictures show. My sister and I both stayed here and it was nice, comfortable and relaxing to stay at. There was so many places to check out around each corner, we also enjoyed the jazz music from the bar almost across the street. Mona is super nice and quick to respond. I would highly recommend this place you will not be sorry.
Jun 27, 2019We had an excellent stay in Mona's appartment ! The flat is quite large, in a quiet building and neighbourhood where you can find everything you need (restaurants, bars, supermarket, minimarket, subway very close). We were three and we had enough space. There is a kitchen with everything and a cosy living room. Good wi-fi. I cannot tell about the Apple TV because we never used it. Bay Ridge is 30 mn away from the Financial District by subway, about one hour from Midtown, but you can also take the speed ferry to Manhattan, don't hesitate, it's a great way to move ! You are also a few stops from Williamsburg and Coney Island. Mona was the greatest host, very helpful and nice. She helped us to book a cheap taxi from the airport and warmly welcomed us. We definitely recommand this flat ; a little bit far from the city but excellent value for money. See you Mona !
Jun 27, 2019It was just an amazing find. Wifi was is best. It is a place we really liked, a large apartment with nice furniture, a cozy district. Nearby there are shops and cafes. The line of the metro was 3 minutes and it was great. From the airport by metro 1.5 hours. We were completely satisfied with this. Purely and a lot of carpets, which we particularly pleased. Comfortable furniture and everything you need for living. Это была просто потрясающая находка. Wi-Fi был лучшим. Это место нам очень понравилось, большая квартира с красивой мебелью, уютный район. Рядом находятся магазины и кафе. Линия метро была 3 минуты, и это было здорово. Из аэропорта на метро 1,5 часа. Мы были полностью удовлетворены этим. Чисто и много ковров, которые нам особенно нравятся. Удобная мебель и все, что вам нужно для жизни.
Jun 27, 2019Mona was an excellent host. She arranged transport from the airport upon arrival and even brought us to the airport when we departed. The flat was spacious in an old pre-war building but excellent value for money. A bit far form the city but metro, express bus were very close and even the ferry to Manhattan and Downtown Brooklyn only a few minutes walk. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a Parisian hideaway in the heart of Brooklyn within walking distance of EVERYTHING (grocery stores, amazing restaurants, a Post Office, laundromat, and the delicious bakeries). The place is perfect for 1-2 people. It has everything I needed to cook and enjoy a glass a wine after a demanding day in the city. The decor is beautiful, inviting, and very Parisian. Gorgeous artwork, comfortable sofas, and 2-beds. I look forward to coming "home" every evening. The best part was Munnie the host. She greeted me when I first arrived and helped me get my bags into the place. Her attention to detail and countless recommendations made my stay peaceful. I will definitely be back.
Jun 27, 2019Mona is a great host and very accommodating! Our flight landed early in the morning and she was able to adjust her schedule to meet us in person when we first arrived. She responds very quickly to messages and answered all questions we asked, which there was a lot! She also gave us a great suggestion on how to get from the airport to her place, by using a car service, which was even cheaper than an Uber. The location is in a great spot in Brooklyn, it is only a block away from a subway stop and has multiple grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The apartment is organized and clean and has all the necessary equipment, and if there's something missing, she won't hesitate to go out of her way to get a new one for her guests! Overall, the location was definitely worth it for us and Mona was a excellent host and we greatly enjoyed meeting her and staying at her location!

Jul 27, 2019We loved staying at Mona’s apartment. It was in a lovely safe road and close to shops, restaurants, transport and parks. We took the bus x27 into midtown Manhattan. Another day we took the ferry to the financial district and Brooklyn bridge, and another day the R subway into Manhattan. All methods of travel were brilliant and the flat is so close to them all. We also stayed in Bay Ridge on some days and had some great breakfasts in local cafes and a fab meal at Tanoreen - an amazing middle Eastern restaurant round the corner. Mona was a great host and so very kind and friendly. We found the apartment to be spacious, comfortable and full of character. Couldn’t have chosen better. The photos show the Parisien character of the place and it has a quirky shabby-chic feel to it. We absolutely loved our stay there. Thanks Mona!!! We’ll be back!! X
Jun 27, 2019Mona was very accommodating. Gave us great tips for our stay even took us to the city on her way to work. Lovely stylish apartment. Clean and very homely. Would definitely use agin if visiting new york/Boston. Very easy to communicate. Ferry to manhattan is only 10 mins walk away.
