Guests have access to: - FREE, FAST Wifi - Air Conditioning - Well-stocked kitchen with lots of herbs, spices and sauces to inspire you - Hairdryer - Iron/Ironing board - Small but diverse selection of books for your reading pleasure - Speakers for plugging in iPods/Laptops - Electric Adapters - Clean Towels, Bedsheets, Pillows, Toilet Paper, Soap, Shampoo etc. We will try to meet you when you arrive to hand over keys but will probably be out of town during your stay. Neighborhood Overview
Kennedy Town is a quiet yet increasingly hip neighbourhood. A fantastic mix of "old" and "new" Hong Kong, it's conveniently located near central Hong Kong Island, but the lack of huge crowds makes it a perfect place to retreat from the hustle and bustle. It boasts a great variety of restaurants and bars - Spanish, Mexican, Japanese, Italian, Vietnamese, and more. We're also lucky to be close to the harbour, and evening walks along the Kennedy Town Praya are highly recommended!

We're generally very flexible hosts and early check-in/late check-out can usually be arranged. We try to accommodate any requests you may have - just ask!
Transit
Getting around is super convenient as the brand new HKU MTR station has just opened, two minutes walk from our flat! There are also a number of buses to all over Hong Kong Island and Kowloon. A leisurely walk to Central through Sheung Wan and Soho would take about 45 minutes.

As we won't be charging any cleaning fee, we'd highly appreciate if guests could keep the place in good condition during their stay. While we don't allow smoking in the flat, smokers can smoke on the building's rooftop.

Namasri's place is like an oasis in Sheung Wan. In the upper floors of an old building, you enter in a modern style flat where you immediately feel like at home. The whole flate is newly renoved and fully furnished and procures everything you need to have a perfect stay. The place is easily reachable by bus from Central (it tooks us around 10 mn from the bus station). Namasri and Jake are very friendly and very convenient for check-in / check-out. I would definetely recommand this place if you want a cosy place close to Central.

Perfect apartment with perfect transport links, loads of amenities around the apartment, in central island! she left me loads of tips and guides to move around the HK which was awesome! Perfect communication with a very flexible check out! Will deffo look to book this place again in future! I recommended at 100% for everyone if you like very nice studio to discover Hong Kong!
Jun 27, 2019Great apartment in a very convenient location. Everything was nice and clean when we arrived. The place came with a lot of useful things like electrical adapters, hairdryer, toiletries, fresh towels, etc. which is great if you want to pack light and don't bring too many things with you. Since Namasri was traveling herself during our stay she arranged an alternative way to pick up the key and left us very useful advice on how to get around. There are also some travel guides and other books about hiking or eating that you may borrow. Would stay there again any time!
Jun 27, 2019Namasri was a great host - very quick to reply to any emails. She also gave an excellent description of how to get to her place from the airport. The neighbourhood was full of interesting sights and we found some lovely places to eat very close by (like Waffling Beans and Grassroots Pantry). The apartment was clean and very quiet, and it looks exactly as pictured. The apartment building itself was not quite what we expected. The only downside to the apartment was the shower. The shower head was too low and we couldn't get it raised to the right height so we had to shower using the hand held option, which wasn't ideal. Other than that everything was great.
Jun 27, 2019When we arrived in HK, Namasri was out of town, but the process of getting the key and checking in was very smooth. Kennedy town turned out to be a surprisingly nice area to live - it's quiet at night, feels safe, lots of dining options, we especially liked those traditional local cafes nearby. Transportation wise, it's very convenient, especially after the HKU MTR station just opened on the last few days of our stay. For anyone who wants to have a true Hong Kong experience, I highly recommended this area. In terms of the studio, the bedroom is actually quite spacious in HK standard, but the bathroom is much smaller than I imagined. I can move around OK (I'm 157cm, 100lbs), but it was very challenging for my boyfriend.
Jun 27, 2019Cozy place, away from the relative bustle of HK. Luke and Namasri were super nice, quick to respond and met me at the local subway to view the apartment in advance. They left us coffee, towels and offered their books and spices for cooking. The place was very clean on arrival and space was made for our luggage. Wi-Fi was A1. HKU station is a 3 minute walk away, groceries and amenities just as close. The heater/AC was tricky to control but a good experience overall.
Jun 27, 2019Namasri and Luke both greeted us when we arrived and were very friendly! The place is just as how we see it on airbnb! Namasri got back to me right away when I messaged her and notified us heads up of anything related to the apartment. The area is very convenient with good food around! Close to mtr station though be prepared for a long walk to the mtr exit!! (but its all indoors with aircon!) Overall a very good place!! :)

When I arrived, Namasri and Luke was out of town, they gave me clear intruction of how to get the key and check-in so the process was very smooth. The building wasnt quite what I expected but the flat itself was very clear and cosy, the bathroom was a little bit small to move around. In terms of the area, it is quite at night, safe, lots of restaurants around which are pretty good ones too. It was very easy to get around from kennedy town either by bus or by mtr. Great location!
