The house is situated in a quiet street 100m access to the subway station 'Faria Guimarães', intercepted by shopping streets full of restaurants and cafés. It benefits from a privileged location, really close to the Santa Catarina Street area, the most important shopping street of the city. There are numerous clothing stores, with many of the international companies present, healthily coexisting with old bookstores, exquisite cafes like Café Majestic, as well as appealing pastry shops. Adjacent to this area, it`s the the old town, classified as world heritage site and Ribeira areas, full of old historical buildings like the Porto Cathedral and amazing views to the Douro river and its bridges, of which stands the D. Luis I bridge. The house is located at 1 minute walking from Faria Guimarães Metro Station, which provides connection to Porto Airport in 40 minutes. Its central location means that it has numerous stops nearby, where you can take buses to all areas of Porto and Matosinhos, especially those that go to areas not covered by the metro network and definitely worth a visit, such as Foz.
