Jean-Talon subway station is a 10minute walk from my condo and the bus stop is right outside the condo. All communication MUST be with us, your hosts. No interaction with neighbors will be acceptable or tolerated as this is considered intrusive on other condo owners' personal space and may result in a fine.

My condo comes with a parking spot for your exclusive use at no extra charge. To get to the University or the business district centre in downtown, you either take the bus or subway. You don't actually need a car as the bus stop is conveniently located outside our condo while the subway is a 10min walk. There's is a flea market for fresh produce and a variety of shops close by.

The entire condo space is available for guest use.
