Note well kitchen benchtops must be immediately wiped with a cloth & water only (no chemicals or scrubbing) as it stains very easily with all food/drink spills. *** Smoking strictly prohibited, only permitted outside on the street footpath. **** No parties or events are permitted, maximum numbers of occupants being 12 people. Local laws require ambient noise to be restricted by 10pm weekdays and 12am midnight weekends/public holidays, please respect the quiet neighbourhood. Small gatherings are fine, but evidence of parties will lose security bond for any unreasonable wear and tear or damages. ***** Any lost house keys will result in AUD 120 expense due to locksmith having to change 4 keyed alike locks in the house Thank you

Jun 27, 2019Lovely renovated home with separate studio downstairs. We stayed as a family group and enjoyed visiting local beaches and cafes. Walk to beach (although the walk home is tricky for little legs). On street parking is free and easy. Thanks for having us, we would stay again.
Jun 27, 2019We had a great stay at Will's place in Bronte! The house was super clean, spacious and had really comfortable beds. The location was also brilliant, with a short 10 minute walk to Bronte beach. We would definitely stay here again and thanks again to Will for being a great host - also for the late checkout due to our night flight, which was really appreciated!

Jun 27, 2019The place is really nice and clean! It kept 7 of us warmed at night And there’s a good number of amenities available from kitchen appliances to laundry and shower amenities. Comfy beds too! Upon arrival, Sacha was quick to respond with check-in details and kindly guided us virtually through the house. Highly recommended!

Sparkling clean, stylish interior, excellent location (5min walk from the beach); this AirBnB has it all. Sacha himself was also the best AirBnB host that I have had in Australia. Incredibly accomodating, instant responses and just a very friendly guy overall. Highly recommend the place to anyone going to Sydney!

Jun 27, 2019Great location to explore eastern Sydney. We did loads of walking including the Bondi to Coogee coastal walk. Favaloro cafe just round the corner is a great spot for coffee and the house was great.
Jun 27, 2019Tolles Haus mit großer Terasse und schönen hellen Räumen im Obergeschoss in einem netten Stadtviertel, das sich sehr gut eignet, wenn man ein bisschen Ruhe sucht in Sydney und in Strandnähe wohnen möchte. Am Bronte Beach gibt es einen großartigen öffentlichen Pool mit Meerwasser direkt am Strand. William war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

Jun 27, 2019Sacha’s place was amazing, it is in great location only 8 minutes away from the beach. He was a great host and gave us tips to get around the neighborhood. The house is beautiful and very comfortable, it is by far the best airbnb I’ve stayed in, my family and I didn’t want to leave!

Jun 27, 2019Sacha’s house in Bronte is a great place to stay and visit Sydney. Modern design style and comfortable. Bronte beach walking distance through a nice park, Bondi beach really close. Do not miss a run by the sea either north or south (down to Cogee). Sacha was a great host, answering messages in Christmas! I strongly recommend this host and house!

Jun 27, 2019We had a great stay in the house and it’s in a great location. We had a car and found parking on the street easy and the house is just a short 5min walk to the beach. Our 17 month old loved the park by the beach and the playground. The house itself is very modern and the bedrooms are filled with light but they also have good blackout blinds which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a beachside escape in Sydney.

Great location - easy walk to Bronte beach; baby friendly - stair gates and baby cot and high chair and generally a great space - well equipped kitchen and bbq. We enjoyed ourselves so much we stayed here for an extra few nights. Thanks Will for being so responsive before and during our stay!

Jun 27, 2019Sacha is very responsive and a great host. The house is very clean with everything we needed. House is less than 10 minutes walk to the beach and Sacha gave us great local tips. Would def recommend anyone travelling to Sydney and want to be close to the beach and coastline.

The walk to the beach was 10 minutes and we didn’t have a problem with that except that it was hard going up the hill for my mother on the way back to the (Website hidden by Airbnb) mother just turned 90 and it would help if we knew about this in advance. We got a car from a relative and we solved the problem. Thank you Sacha, you were a great host and we enjoyed our stay very much
