Jun 27, 2019The room is on the 16th floor and has an amazing view. The ocean, the moon: breathtakingly pretty. The place is very neat and clean and Olga is very accommodating. She was very flexible with my time of arrival as I had to arrive a little later than planned. I needed a help with a few things and Olga made me feel very welcome and helped with everything. I had some wet clothing from the rain and I was able to use the dryer to dry my clothing. The bathroom is neat and it was really nice to take a nice hot shower after traveling in the rain in NYC. I was very comfortable sleeping on the mattress, with a fresh air from the ocean coming in through the window. Really great experience!
Jul 27, 2019Olga is an amazing host very helpful, easy check in, she makes me feel like home, the building is located in a great place.. near the sea, and 13/14 minutes by walk from Coney Island luna park and subway, unfortunately poor cleaning make me feel not comfortable..
