The Cedar House its located in Vila Nova de Gaia, Porto, Portugal. Miramar is a seaside town made up of Sportsmen, artists and explorers. In the town you will find locally owned and run restaurants, gardens, supermarkets, coffees and shops. There are many wonderful places to visit during your stay at the house including the “Capela Senhora da Pedra”, a 17th century strikingly situated on a rocky, wave-beaten headland jutting out from the beach., a famous 9-hole golf course at Miramar Golf Club, surf at “Praia do Atlântico”.

This house has old plumbing and has a septic system. PLEASE do not flush anything other than toilet paper.

The seaside town Miramar is walking distance from the house (about 3 minutes walk). Driving around the town is incredibly easy as well. We’re about a 10 minutes drive to wine cellars of Douro river and about 15 minutes drive to the centre of Porto. By Train, it’s possible to catch train in Campanhã station, “Aveiro” line direct to “Francelos” station (about 20 minutes trip) from “Francelos” station it’s more 15 minutes walk until arrived.
