Conveniently located near metro station (10-minute walk), shops, cafés and 20 minutes to Matosinhos (beach) by bus (stop is 200 metres from the house). There is a large outdoor area where guests can relax. The area is quiet and safe. Unlike the rest of Porto, our suburb is mostly flat, which makes walking more pleasant.

If you're on a budget, I can add an extra single bed or mattress for an extra person for an extra 5 euros a night (but please note it's a small room).

Pamela and Rafael are really nice hosts. They are friendly, courteous and helpful. The private room, the kitchen and the bathrooms were tidy. Most important: The Bed was really comfy. I was satisfied!
Jun 27, 2019This place is an amazing deal! The bed was very very comfortable. 4 min walk from a bus that drops you off in the center of town. It's about a 15 min ride and well worth it for the private space and lower rate. Rafael was very helpful. Place was clean. I recommend it.

Jun 27, 2019Good location to Metro(guranteed seats), proximate to shopping malls, tranquil living environment. Although it is a shared house with other Airbnb residents, the sound-proof was exceptionally good. For solo travelers, the host provides basic hygiene product like shampoo, toothpaste and towel, which is perfectly considerate. Definitely would recommend anyone who visit Porto to accomodate here.

Jun 27, 2019Uma área sossegada sem grandes barulhos à noite, a 2 minutos da paragem de autocarro que vos leva à baixa do Porto. Perto de um supermercado, multibanco e vários cafés, restaurantes e pastelarias. Cama bem confortável. A hospitalidade, a preocupação e a simpatia fez-nos sentir em casa. Um espaço que vale a pena ficar :)
Jun 27, 2019Christina doesn't speak English, but she is very sweet and other house mates helped me a lot. The location was bit far from downtown and beach(about 20-30min by bus. It was sometime late.) although there was the best local bakery, some grocery stores, cafes, and very quiet and safe area. The house is very clean , and there is a nice backyard. I had a great time in the area.

Jun 27, 2019The contact with the hosts is very quick and brief. The house is big enough, there you can find the space for laundry, cooking and even terrace. Our stay at Ribeira Grande was nice and safe.

Jun 27, 2019Bonjour , Nous sommes un jeune couple ayant l'habitude de voyager et de prendre des AirBNB. Nous déconseillons fortement les chambres proposées par Cristina. C'est un vrai bordel!! Le logement était sale et la chambre étouffante. Nous sommes restés seulement pour dormir , mais impossible de se reposer! L'isolation est inexistante et nulle! Et il y a environ 8 chambres collées qui sont louées malgré l’absence d’isolation. Personne ne respecte rien, les chambres sont laissées ouvertes, le son de la musique fort, les rires a haute voix,etc. Et cela même à 1h du matin!!! C'est vrai que ce n’est pas un 5*, mais un minimum d'éducation serait fortement apprécié ! Nous avons été facturé 63€ pour deux nuits et c'est inadmissible car les chambres ne valent pas plus de 10€ la nuit (et encore on est gentil). Nous allons demander à AirBNB d'être remboursé en partie, car c'est de la pure arnaque et on devrait pas autoriser ces personnes louer des chambres sans aucun contrôle ! Il y a des limites!! Ou alors il faut noter que c'est une sorte d'auberge de jeunesse! Un conseil: dormir dehors c'est mieux que ce logement où les hôtes se baladent en nuisette dans les couloirs.

Jun 27, 2019I had a good stay at Pamela's place. The room was part of a shared flat who is rent by lovely Brazilians. I could also use the washing machine right after my arrival. Obrigado por tudo!
