This apartment is ideal for a group of business people, travel families, a group of friends up to 10 members. There are three absolute separate spaces for three families throughout the apartment. Long stays and special occasions are welcome! Three beds in a big Family space separated by a interior solid wall. The queen bed next to the entrance and the twin single beds are next to the window. There is a very cozy and private double bed room located at the end of the upstairs corridor, it is perfect for a couple, it is private, quiet and comfortable. There is a daytime bed and two double sofa beds in the downstairs living room, as well as a crib for 5 people to sleep comfortably. Big balcony opposite Mercure Hotel's entrance. Urban life style. Phan went out of her way to meet us at her place and had plenty of information about the neighbourhood, etc. The apartment was clean and well equipped. It was a great place for a good price and close to everything we needed.

Jun 27, 2019Phan's place is in an excellent location and good for a few people. The bedrooms upstairs are not necessarily separate - with a half wall in the middle but if you're happy to share, it is definitely very central to all of the things. Phan was very nice and met us at the place to check in and was very responsive to communications during he stay.

Location wise, it's very convenient as it's near to food stores, grocery, and Central train station, all within 5-10 minutes walking distance.Thanks Phan for being great host, she answered my queries promptly and patiently. Will definitely recommend friends and families to stay over.

Jun 27, 2019Great location, was a little bit noisy traffic wise, shops, pubs and public transport all very close. Home was clean, furnishings at a minimum, but comfortable enough. Strange burn’t plastic smell, host explained that heavy cooking/burning had happened previous. However even with doors opened for fresh air and a smelly candle, the smell would not go. In saying that I would stay again, as the location was fantastic and we could sleep 8.

Jun 27, 2019The apartment was in a great location, cheap parking only a 5 minute walk away, close to broadway shopping centre and central train station. The whole apartment was clean, tidy and had everything you needed including the little extras such as shampoo, body wash, linens etc. I couldn’t fault this apartment at all and the host was extremely good at communicating and ensuring that you were having a good experience.

Jun 27, 2019Phan was very responsive, friendly and accommodative. We had a walking tour booked before check in time, and I thought we would have to miss the tour. However she was kind enough to offer early check in for us! The place is close to Chinatown and train station is just 5 mins away. Will definitely stay again during our next visit :)
Jun 27, 2019This location is great. Walking distance from the Central railway station as well as close to food and shops. Phan is an excellent host. We arrived in Sydney at 630 am and Phan allowed us to drop our bags off around 10 am so we could get started on our day . The apartment is very clean and secure. It was perfect for a group of 4 .

Jun 27, 2019Great location - stayed a week for a family holiday! Easy walk to train/bus stations and plenty of good restaurants around. The apartment was clean, cozy and right for what we needed. We even had extra guests come and go, Phan was more than helpful with that! Would highly recommend :)

(Website hidden by Airbnb) 房子的地理位置特别好,去达令港,歌剧院,皮特街都可以步行过去｡想买药妆的话,150米处就有一个,买蜂蜜和羊奶粉要开门就去｡这里的店关门都比较早,需要早点规划好｡想自己吃海鲜可以去鱼市场买了自己做,也可以直接在那里吃｡ 离悉尼大学很近,如果想托运什么到国内的话那边就有快递 (Website hidden by Airbnb) 屋子收拾的整洁干净,在悉尼这个寸土寸金的地方,有这么大的地方,交通便利,价格还这么优惠,真的太难得了!! She was accommodating and went above and beyond, even setting up a comfortable extra bed to make sure we slept well. The apartment itself was spacious, extremely clean and in an excellent location. We really couldn’t have wanted anything more. Would highly recommend to anyone!!

Jun 27, 2019A nice apartment in a convenient location. Host was not flexible with check in and check out Time and even entered the apartment at around 10 in the morning until we left the apartment. However, she was easy to communicate with and responded really quickly to any questions.

Jul 27, 2019Phan 非常的nice,带着她的小狗狗迎接我们入住｡房子交通非常便利,走到中央车站南广场只要三分钟｡去任何地方都很方便｡厨房设施比较齐全,唯一不足的是我们一行九个人,入住还是有点挤,五六个人比较合适｡在市中心算是性价比比较高的地方｡
