This is a residential neighborhood mostly consisting of two-six family dwellings. People who live here are of all ages, with a predominantly french population, but also with English and some Italian. The apartment is two streets away from a major avenue (rue Jean Talon) where a number of stores, pharmacies, cafe's, etc. can be found. A 10min walk away is Jean-Talon farmers market, the biggest one in Montreal with many stalls and shops.
