Valery was amazing at being able to accommodate my complicated check-in (I arrived well after midnight)! The space was very clean and functional. The first night staying here, I discovered how noisy Lower East Side really was, as it is filled with bars and restaurants. Ironically, the following day I found a big box of disposable ear plugs on top of the fridge - very thoughtful, considering the noise. Personally, I'm a heavy sleeper, so I did not find the noise to be an issue at all, but it's definitely something to consider for those, who need that complete quiet. In addition, Valery was able to accommodate a last minute reservation extension on my part, which was great. Overall, I loved the place, did not have any issues at all and would recommend staying here. Thank you!!
Jun 27, 2019La zona es genial, tiene de todo, El metro está cerca y se puede caminar también para llegar a varios lugares. Puede ser un poco ruidoso pero es parte de la vida de esa calle, buenos locales cerca!! A nosotros nos encanto!!
Jun 27, 2019I recently stayed at Valery's place for 3 weeks before moving to my permanent apartment. Everything was great! Check in was a breeze, and I absolutely loved the neighborhood. It can be noisy in the bedroom at night, but that is to be expected if you want to stay in such a fun, exciting, area. The bed was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. When I had guests they commented on how comfortable the futon in the living room is. I would not hesitate to stay again and I recommend Valery's place for an authentic NYC experience.
Jun 27, 2019Great apartment, very practical and ideally located in one of the nicest area of New York. You might find it a bit noisy because of the many people coming to party in the street but I slept perfectly. I recommend it!
Jun 27, 2019Coole Unterkunft mitten im belebten Bowery Quartier! Kann recht laut werden, hat dafür aber ganz viele Bars, Cafes und Restaurants in nächster Nähe. Gleich nebenan ein modernes Hotel mit echt schöner Rooftopbar! Ideal für Kurztrip nach NY!
