Great place
Jun 27, 2019Audlyn and her husband were very welcoming and great hosts. Pictures don’t do this place any justice, it’s way better in person! Super cute, clean and everything was brand new. The apartment was in the southern part of Brooklyn close to Coney Island, the L train & airports. We visited in the winter but I can tell that this place would be a great option during the warmer months and will probably be booked! Please note if you want to be in manhattan all the time, that this place is a little far out. Overall great stay and I would recommend it to everyone - Wish you the best!
Jun 27, 2019This was a very cozy place to stay while in town. I loved the warm and welcoming paint colors on the wall. Everything is clean and updated. The hostess even allowed me to check in early so I didn't have to wander around town until check-in time. The included parking was a plus. The only downside is this place does not have a TV. There are also children who live above that can be a little loud. The thermostat is controlled by the hostess. Would recommend! Thanks
Jun 27, 2019The pictures does the place no justice, it is absolutely gorgeous in Audlyn’s home. Upon arrival she is very approachable and easy to talk to. The location was very convenient to the city, airport & other boroughs. Expect some noise from upstairs, and the WiFi does not work in the bed room and is a bit weak in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked if you’d like to cook, the lighting in the home is beautiful. Overall, Audlyn’s home is gorgeous I cannot say this enough, especially the bathroom and the kitchen!

Jun 27, 2019Audlyn's place was very clean and newly renovated. She provided breakfast food for us and was very responsive. The kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for preparing meals for lunch and dinner. We could park our car in front of the door which was very convenient. Access to the Beltway was very easy.

Jun 27, 2019Anyone considering going to NY and staying in Brooklyn should definitely stay in Audlyns’ home! It was so clean and cozy, my husband and I were surprised by how beautiful the space was. She responds quickly whenever we had a question which was helpful, and she helped us understand the metro system as it was our primary method of transportation. While her location is far from the city getting to th city is an easy process. She was a wonderful host with a lovely personality. We would stay again.

Jun 27, 2019My stay at Audlyn 's place was simply wonderful. The place is immaculate with great furnishings. There are plenty of towels, linen and a well equipped kitchen. Audlyn and her husband were very attentive, making sure that we would be comfortable during our stay. I felt like I was staying at a family member's home. I would definitely stay here a again.

Jun 27, 2019Audlyn was very nice and attentive. The apartment has everything you need and I loved the kitchen. She keeps everything clean and tidy in the apartment which makes it very inviting. She was also helpful with information regarding the local eateries.
Jun 27, 2019First of all, Audlyn’s place is beautiful. She’s a wonderful person and makes you feel right at home while not being annoying at the same time. We had our privacy and we came and went as we felt like. Everything was stocked up and well kept. Everything about this place was breathtaking. You won’t be disappointed. If you are looking for somewhere close to like Manhattan this might be a little far for you, an hour. But otherwise, LOVELY PLACE.

Jun 27, 2019The Host was very friendly and helpful. The sofa bed is not very usable as a bed. The description mentioned upstairs noise and weak wifi. Take note the wifi was virtually nonexistent. The bit of upstairs noise was not kids doing homework it was a bit louder than that and began early in the morning. We weren't disturbed by noise at night. The subway is about a $17 average Uber trip away. It's a decent place for 2 people.

The home is beautiful from the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom in stylish décor and most of all super clean. Just a couple of blocks from the bus station which quickly led us to all the major train stations, super convenient. If you choose to get this place, it will be a "WIN"!

Jun 27, 2019OMG. This place was my 1st stay in an Air Bnb and it was much more than I expected. Her home is very beautiful and spacious, and most of all extremely clean. She provided toiletries and a well stocked kitchen. Amazing! We wanted to extend our stay..but she was booked was up. Thanks Audlyn for making our stay memorable.

Jun 27, 2019This basin house was amazing!! Very welcoming, we really used it as a crash pad after spending the day in the city. There is many bus stops within a few blocks that will take you anywhere. The towels were so soft and the shower felt great after a long day of walking. The fully stocked kitchen was great to have family meals in. Audlyn was very helpful in answering all of my many questions before and during our stay. If you do not mind the 1 hour commute into the city this is an awesome place to stay.

Jun 27, 2019Audlyn's place was exactly as she described it. Stylish, clean, and perfect for myself and my mom. She was very responsive, gave us suggestions, and friendly. This was our first air bnb experience and it won't be our last. we rented a car and left it some days, the area was very safe. En plus d'être arrangeante, disponible et sourillante, elle a été aux petits soin pour nous et n'a pas hésité à faire au mieu pour nous rendre le séjour plus simple ! Je recommande son bien calme et accueillant. Bien que plutôt éloigné du centre de Manhattan (1h à 1h30 de trajet), l'appartement est très bien desservi par les transports (bus à 5 minutes et lignes de métro desservant Manhattan sans nécessité de changement). Nous reviendrons !! Audlyn was awesome with us, she was very kind, nice and helpful. I recommend her flat ! Even if it is fare away from Manhattan (1 to 1:30), it is very easy to take the bus and metro to the citycenter! In fact, the flat is near of a bus station (5minutes) and well served by metro (the metro goes to Manhattan without transfer). We'll come back !!

Jun 27, 2019I highly recommend Audlyn's place. Indeed it feels like home, very beautiful decor and perfectly clean. It's way better than what the pictures portray. P.S: It's a great place for couples The kitchen is well equipped and you can even find some stored groceries. If you want to shop for more, there are many options in the area and it's easy to get around via the bus and the subway especially to go uptown (Manhattan) As for Audlyn, she is a special superhost, very considerate, warm and helpful. She is always available to answer any of her guest queries, to assist them or to give them directions. She even gave us a ride to a store one day. Next time we're visiting New York, we will definitely go back to her place. Thanks a lot Audlyn for such an awesome stay at your place. We hope to see you soon ⚘

Jun 27, 2019A spacious, clean and very well maintained apartment. Audlyn is available on time, always helpful. He was careful to leave food for our arrival, helped us with medicine when we needed it ... Impossible to think of somewhere else to stay in NY if not in his home. The subway station is less than 25 minutes walk, being a very quiet and pleasant walk ... arriving easily in midtown Manhattan. Perfect place!

She even help us secure some food items to put in the place. We were there for 6 days. This is very impressive service.

Jun 27, 2019Audlyn’s place was extremely clean and had a large space for us. We stayed over New Year’s Eve, and commuted to the city via the train multiple times with no confusion or issues. Audlyn was helpful and kind and responded to messages quickly. Parking on site was a huge plus due to the large amount of people in the area over the time we stayed. Would stay with Audlyn again any time I go to the city!

Location is far from the city but worth every minute. It’s a 4 min walk to the bus safe neighborhood feels like you at home. The apartment is amazing warm and comfortable very homie. Perfect vacation spot for winter and summer
