The bathroom is accessible down the hall. The interior entrance is through my roommate's studio. But only one couple lives on the floor above us in the whole brownstone (they have their own), so it's still very private. Must be puppy-friendly- my roommate has an incredibly quiet, loving adorable Beagle-mix. He wouldn't be in your studio but good to note. He will love you to bits!
