The apartment is one block away from Botafogo Beach. You can go for a walk and when you come back you will find everything clean, your dishes washed and your bed made. Neighborhood Overview
This neighborhood has everything. From movie theaters to the subway very close. The variety of bars and restaurants is amazing. You can go to the end of the Voluntários da Pátria Avenue (2 minutes away) with its crazy bar vibe or to a fancy Michelin star restaurant like Lasai (10 minutes away). And it's a central spot in Rio so you can get anywhere very quickly by Uber, bus or subway.

O apartamento fica no bairro carioca do Botafogo, bem a meio-caminho de todos os pontos mais interessantes do Rio de Janeiro. O apartamento é muito bem instalado; quarto tem cama gigantesca (tenho 1,90 e não tive problemas), ar condicionado e ventilador para os mais friorentos; sua cozinha é bem instalada (fizemos café da manhã e lanche noturno todos os dias), sala e varandas aconchegantes com uma excelente vista do Cristo redentor. Conta ainda com internet de alta velocidade. A estação do metrô do Botafogo fica à distância de um cuspe, e há nas redondezas ótimos barzinhos e restaurantes, supermercados, padarias, e até um Horti-Fruti a 50 metros. O Márcio é uma pessoa adorável, e, tendo sido muito bem instruídos por (Hidden by Airbnb) durante as ultimas horas de nossa viagem Vitoria-Rio, não tivemos problema nenhum para encontrar o apartamento. A experiência que tive foi ótima, e vou com certeza procurar o Márcio novamente na próxima vez que for ao Rio de Janeiro.
Jun 27, 2019It was a great stay at this home. Closest to the main touristics places, groceries stores, malls, metro station, etc. 24h ordinance and private parking lot are great advantages. The apartment had everything that we need, a wonderfull view and its a cozy place also.
Jun 27, 2019Minha estadia no apto do Márcio foi ótima, o local é demais, super bem localizado, ao lado do metro, e bem espaçoso. O Marcio foi super atencioso com a (Website hidden by Airbnb) certeza voltarei e indicarei.
Jun 27, 2019Bel appartement et excellent rapport qualité prix 3 gros atouts : - l'appartement est spacieux, agréable, propre, bien décoré avec une très agréable terrasse avec une belle vue sur le corcovado - dans un immeuble "de services" proches de ceux d'un hôtel : portier/gardien h24, femme de ménage tous les jours, (petite) piscine, salle de sport - et idéalement situé dans le quartier, central et sur de Botafogo, à quelques pas des commerces et des métros
Jun 27, 2019El apartamento es realmente como lo vimos en las fotos, es limpio, amplio, decorado, cómodo y con nuestro hijo pudimos aprovecharlo. Mi hijo disfrutó del sistema de sonido, excelente para escuchar música y películas por internet. Apreciamos mucho la vista desde el balcón con vista al Cristo Redentor, hermoso!! También fue muy grato disponer de varios servicios (portería y guardia las 24hs, servicio de limpieza, espacios comunes con piscina y gimnasio). La localización fue perfecta para nosotros, cerca del supermercado, de otros negocios y, especialmente, del metro que nos llevó a todos los puntos turisticos de la ciudad. Muchas gracias Márcio por tu hospitalidad!! un gran abrazo!!
Jun 27, 2019Nice flat ideally situated in a nice area of Rio, near the metro and many bus stops and not far from some of the main attractions. The flat is also nice to live in: good size, even for 4; balcony; swimming pool; cleaner comes daily and there is a porter all the time. The only thing is the sofa which a bit small for 2 (but we knew it before as Marcio made it clear in the description). Marcio was very responsive before and during our stay. We would definitely recommend to stay at his place!

Jun 27, 2019Departamento muy bien ubicado, a pocos metros de la estación de metro de Botafogo, departamento amplio, terraza muy agradable con vista al Corcovado. Departamento bien agendado, living y piezas grandes. Baño con ducha cómodo.

Jun 27, 2019Lorsque nous sommes arrivés l'appartement n'était pas du tout propre et très sale : - poils et tâches sur les draps - poils sur les toilettes Les chaises sont déchiquetées (comme si un chien les avaient mangées) - Les casseroles ne sont pas propres (ça ne donne pas envie de cuisiner dedans) C'est très bruyant car il manque un morceau de vitre sur une fenêtre et il a des trous dans le mur où est placé la climatisation Les rideaux ne sont pas occultants. Donc les nuits sont très courtes > impossible de se reposer la nuit Point positif : L'appartement est très bien situé (à quelques minutes de la station de métro et du supermarché) Belle vue sur le Corcovado. Marcio nous a permis de rester quelques heures de plus le dernier jour car notre avion était prévu en fin d'après-midi

We didn’t see the host or talked to him during the staying but everything in the apartment was good, especially the kitchen and the balcony, amazing view to the Christ. One advise, bring your own towels and bed sheets if you want to avoid dust.
Jun 27, 2019Exactly like on pictures. Perfectly located in Botafogo, 1 min walk from the metro station. The view of Christo Redentor during sunset while chilling in the hammock... how amazing!! This helps a lot to have air con in the bedroom when the heat get crazy outside. A maid is coming 5/7 to clean the flat. This is also great to have the sports area in the building (fitness machines and tiny pool). We spent a relaxed time there.
Jun 27, 2019El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado, la estación de metro cruzando la calle, supermercados cerca y boliches para cenar a dos cuadras. Tiene una vista hermosa al Cristo y los servicios del edificio muy completos.
