【Rules】 --Please turn off air-conditioner before leaving the room in order to save energy. --Thorough cleaning will be done before guests check in. We don’t provide everyday cleaning during guests’ staying. Please keep the place clean. --Please take garbage out by yourself to keep the room clean. --If our cleaning crew sees the luggage inside the room after 12PM on the check-out date, she will put all of them on the corridor and the guest will be fined 300 HKD. Please understand. --Please take good care of everything (especially toilet) in the room. The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. For example, the expense of plunging a toilet is 300 HKD. --During your stay, in case the security guard or anyone else at the building asks, just say you are my friend because they don't like strangers getting into the building.
