- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, only in the balcony when available or at the window-sill. Please leave all electric appliances turned off, make sure water taps are not running and close all doors and windows before check-out. We request that guests leave the dishes and the kitchen clean and empty out the trash, there is always a garbage deposit in the street nearby. The apartment is cleaned prior to each arrival. Please, keep the apartment tidy and clean as reasonably possible during all the time of your occupancy. If you require extra cleaning during your stay, please contact us - we will arrange it. PLEASE TAKE CARE of the decoration items, furniture, towels/linen and other apartment's equipment. Any doubts handling the apartment's appliances and equipment please call. The neighbours appreciate some peace and quiet as do our guest, please keep the noise level to a minimum between 22h and 8h. Use the place as if it were your own. Check out time is before 11h. Very nice flat close to the sea in a calm neighbourhood.
Jun 27, 2019To be honest our stay was disappointing. Check in itself was okay. We were able to check in early which was nice but in order to do so we had to go to the company's office (nowhere near the unit) to pick up the keys. However, we did appreciate being able to get the keys early. We were told the company very recently acquired this unit so we expected it would be in good shape. Unfortunately it seemed they knew very little about the unit and it didn't seem ready for guests. The living room (and basically whole unit) smelled of smoke and burnt coal - I think it was coming from the fire place in the living room. I have no idea when it was last cleaned. We were looking forward to having a kitchen to have our own breakfast in and maybe cook dinner etc. Unfortunately the kitchen was in bad shape. It was poorly stocked, things were simply thrown into a cupboard, and the fridge smelled strongly of something rotten. Needless to say we opted not to use the kitchen. There was also poor water pressure and very unreliable hot water (ie. One minute bursts of warm to hot water followed by immediately cold water). As a plus the company was receptive when we contacted them about the fridge and water but our stay was so short and we were hardly in the unit so did not want to spend much of our vacation time dealing with these issues. The company seems good but we wouldn't recommend this unit until they fix things up a bit. Also beware the location is very suburban and quite far from the center and main sights.
Jun 27, 2019Apesar de já ter usado bastante o serviço airbnb desta vez fiquei totalmente desagradado com o serviço, estivemos cerca de 1h30 para dar check in, no qual apos algumas questões sobre a área a nível de supermercados, não me souberam informar, puxadores da cozinha saiam foram quando tentamos aceder ao móvel, espelhos dos interruptores da luz também caíam quando utilizamos. Enfim algo para não voltar a repetir, sem dúvida.
Jun 27, 2019Estive em Leça da Palmeira, em trabalho na Exponor ficando o apartamento muito perto! A simpatia e profissionalismo com que fui recebida, foi de extrema importância, deram-me dicas de locais onde podia visitar, nomeadamente a zona de praia, zona de bares, supermercados, Impecável!!!! O apartamento apresenta um nível óptimo de limpeza e conforto para além de ser muito bem localizado, facilitando o acesso aos meios de transporte e por ser tao próximo à zona de Matosinhos que para além do comércio local, encontram-se excelentes restaurantes! O apartamento é muito sossegado e está numa zona muito calma, o que facilita o descanso nocturno. É uma excelente opção, seja em férias ou em trabalho. Recomendo

Jun 27, 2019O apartamento tem óptimas instalações e uma excelente relação qualidade/preço. Está bem localizado e tem um terraço também muito agradável. Existe um grande cuidado com a limpeza e algumas comodidades que dão imenso jeito para quem vai passar uns dias fora de casa. Gostei muito e recomendo!
Jun 27, 2019TPC Team it is super nice, very good communication, nothing to say, but, unfortunatelly the flat - Tullins Palmeira Apartment was totally under our expectations. The dust from the flat (livingroom - floor & bathroom - abouve the door) was an unpleasent "surprise". Also the furniture looks old, taking into consideration that in the pictures, the flat, looks like a new one. Jun 27, 2019De lamentar chegar ao apartamento para check-in e não ter as condições para receber os hóspedes. Também de notar a falta de lealdade quando no anúncio não mencionam as anomalias do apartamento. De notar algum descuido na limpeza dos utensílios da cozinha.
