Water and electricity supplies are not included in the price. The guest agrees to paid it monthly according to the consumption and within 48 hours after the settlement of supplies is sent, based on actual meters readings and companies official rates. In any case, being a building with high energy efficiency these costs are extremely low. Remember that you are in a residential environment and that from 11pm the neighbors want to rest. Avoid annoying noises from this time. The rooftop terraces can't be used during the night from 12:00am until 7:00am to allow the rest of the neighbors. We love sharing our home with responsible and quality guests. Our apartments are prepared so that your stay in Barcelona has an unbeatable level of comfort and quality. Please treat it as if it were your own home. The cleaning service (60€) is intended to maintain a good level of cleanliness in the apartment during the stay of our guests.
