My apartment is my sanctuary and much loved home. The apartment is on the first floor and has one set of stairs leading up to the doorway. It has period features including high and decorated ceilings, and lead light windows. The master bedroom has a queen bed and through a door, to the sunroom and study. The sunroom/study has one single bed. The second bedroom, is my son's bedroom and has a King Single bed with Single trundle. Further down the hall to the rear of the building is the recently renovated and refurbished living area and kitchen. The kitchen opens out through bi fold doors to the outdoor verandah, with outdoor seating a BBQ and a leafy outlook. Please note this apartment is best suited to families, not groups of adults.

Neighborhood Overview
Randwick is a large suburb in Sydney's prestigious eastern suburbs and has many notable landmarks including the famous Randwick race course, large university campus, lively and family friendly cafe and restaurant scene, state of the art hospitals and surrounded by the large Centennial Park on one side and the beachside suburbs to the east. Approximately 6-9kms to the CBD, it is well connected by public transport and the perfect base for exploring Sydney.

Transit
The 339 Bus Stop is at the end of the block. City bound it will take you to Central Railway, the CBD, Circular Quay and to the steps of the Harbour Bridge. There is a path to walk across the Bridge, and catch a ferry back to Circular Quay. Or catch the 339 beach bound to Clovelly Beach, just a 10 minute bus ride down the hill. The apartment is walking distance to: - 10 minute walk to Westfield across Queens Park - 5 minute walk to Centennial Park - 10 minute walk to Royal Randwick Shopping Centre - 10 minute walk to Frenchmans Road and the cafes and restaurants there The local 400 bus goes from Bondi Junction to UNSW.

Very nice and great location!!!
Jun 27, 2019A stunning home in a lovely location, three minutes away from a bus stop taking you directly into the city of Sydney or to one of the many picturesque beaches under ten minutes away and Queens Park at the end of the street. There are also plenty of cafes in the area which do lovely breakfasts and coffees. It was an amazing place to take the family, we could not have felt more at home.
Jun 27, 2019Ronda' house was our little home away from home. The decor was beautiful and the apartment was spotless with everything there that we could possible need. Ronda was great and went above and beyond leaving beach chairs and umbrella out for us. The price for such a great location was fantastic for our family of 5. We will be back.
